We recently redid our upstairs bathroom and used Alan Bousquet for the installation of the new tub, toilet and vanity/sink. Unfortunately, the tub wasn't set properly and the the floor of the tub squeaks loudly when using it. Also, the pipes clang loudly whenever you turn the faucet on or off or flush the toilet. Same with our kitchen sink and downstairs bathroom which weren't even part of the job. Despite repeated attempts, Alan refuses to even respond, mush less come and try to address our issues. We paid in full at completion ($4,200 +/-) before we were aware that the install was faulty. Beware, don't make the same mistake.

I needed the kitchen sink mounted and plumbed underneath, downstairs bathroom sink mounted and plumbed underneath, and a toilet installed. I already had all brand new supply, drainage, shut off valves installed throughout the house, so none of that needed to be done,except the kitchen sink did need the shut off valves installed. My existing dishwasher was also ""installed,"" but that's basically a hose. The bill was $2070. The bill had nothing broken out by labor or parts, just a piece of paper with $2070 written on it. I thought it was outrageous, but I handed them a check before they left. A couple of days later, I noticed the toilet was leaking on my newly installed hardwood floors. I called twice, a week apart, and I've waited another week or two since then. He didn't answer my call either time and won't call me back. I now have to either install it myself or hire another plumber. If you're going to charge outrageous prices, you should, at the very least, stand behind your work. I have a great plumber. I just wasn't sure he was going to be able to make it over that week. I hired Alan based on his Yelp reviews.

Called Alan who came over within the hour. Fixed the toilet and another shower issue I had had for awhile. All at a reasonable price.

You will be happy you brought in Alan Bousquet for your plumbing issues. I called and explained how a toilet drain would not shut off after I attempted an HD universal valve replacement stem myself to no avail. Alan responded by phone within a couple of hours, checked out the job later the same day to quote, analyzed some other corroding plumbing problems he spotted that I had been worrying about, and said he could do it all the very next day. I consider myself lucky indeed that he not only took care of the job at a very fair price but did so immediately. He is all about a no nonsense work ethic, he arrives when he says he will, he practices great phone communication, and his work and that of his partner Ricky is what you'd expect when you pay professionals who know their trade. I'm very pleased.
