My wife called this company based on their good reviews through the iPhone version of Maps/Yelp. Greg was very kind to diagnose our toilet problems over the phone and even provided a quote for services. The next day, I was able to schedule a repairman to come to my house in the afternoon. Coincidently, the repairman was also named Josh. He was prompt in arriving to our house and very knowledgeable of the toilet issues we were dealing with. He provided some great tips to keep in mind for any other issues and did a good work. I would highly recommend Alamo Preferred Plumbing for any issues you may be facing. This company is run by two guys who know their stuff and are very professional. I got a quote from them and unfortunately they couldn't make it out same day (I had a problem involving turning the water off in a house with 3 kids, dogs etc) so I tried one of the bigger companies who came out right away but wanted almost 3 times as much as these guys quoted me.

Needless to say we sucked it up and waited and went with Alamo. They came out, talked to me like a person instead of a dollar sign (the big company guy spoke like a used car salesman), did the work super fast and well. I highly recommend these guys and can't say enough nice things about them
