My main sewer line was clogged and had backups to all toilets and showers. I have home serve contract and Alamo plumbing solutions came out and resolved the issues. Carlos was very professional and gave the impression he really did want to solve the problem I had. half hour later everything was fine with all toilets and showers. I liked the vibes I got from Carlos and will for sure use them for plumbing lssues I may have in the future. Highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed a muddy spot in my front yard that would not dry up. After calling more than a few places I decided on Alamo Plumbing based on their great price. Charlie came out and immediately got to work digging. He found the leak faster than I expected and quickly fixed it, explaining his work along the way. I'm extremely happy with the service Charlie provided and will use Alamo plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

My experience with Alamo Plumbing Solutions was nothing short of great. I literally had a "ticking time bomb"situation- my hot water heater. I know you're thinking, "just replace it." Well it was A LOT more involved. It was a faulty unit & the manufacturer agreed to replace as long as I took it back from where I bought. I'm not rich by no means & I knew it was going to cost me time & money. So I thought I could get a friend to help with the disconnect & exchange to save money. But scheduling just became too complicated to do so. Keep in mind this thing could "blow" at any moment & need to make a decision quick. After contacting various plumbing companies about my dilemma, not one offered to disconnect, make the exchange & connect my replacement. No one could give me a quote over the phone, they all had to have "someone come out & give me their estimate." I work, I have no time to meet & meet & meet a plumber! Their goal was to simply trash mine & purchase one of their's. Not to mention I was having to also install a pressure reduction valve because the water pressure was causing all the leaks & busted faucets, so there's that.
I made one last ditch effort & called Alamo Plumbing Solution. Soooo glad I did. Santiago not only took the time to hear me out (he was very busy taking calls) but offered so much more for a lot less. Told him about all my plumbing problems, we discussed prices & financing & scheduled a crew for the next morning to remove the faulty heater, take back to store & bring back my new one for install. I didn't even have to ask, Santiago just offered!! What a relief! I didn't have to leave work. I didn't have to sit through a sales pitch. I didn't have to "have my husband call". I felt confident about my decisions & as a woman, I certainly did not feel intimidated. My husband works out of town & put his trust in me to hire the right company. After I told him about what all transpired, he agreed-good job! All went smoothly, timely & efficiently. If I ever have plumbing problems I know who I'll call first.

This company has a contract with Fidelity Home Warranty. In my experience, the company did not dispatch a qualified plumber to diagnose the issue. The individuals who came to my home walked into a bedroom, said they couldn't smell sewage, opened the bedroom closet where I store candles and said it smells like candles. He told me they could conduct a "fog" test which he invented. He said it is very expensive and the home warranty company would likely not cover it. This is otherwise known as the Sewer Smoke Test that has been around for 40 years and not invented by Alamo Plumbing Solutions. He then suggested I could spread lime around the perimeter of my house to possibly lessen the sewer odor but they did not diagnose the root cause of the issue. That was the extent of their "expert" diagnosis. Literally at my home for less than 10 minutes and reported to the home warranty company that they did not find a stoppage or leak -- they did not look for a stoppage or leakage.

This is the most horrible customer service ever. Santiago plumber/owner if you can call him that is the worst person that I have ever known. Don't believe anything he says, he lies about entire job, he will overcharge you for everything, he will cancel appointments, not show up for appointments. And will then blame you and says he doesn't need your job. AVOID at all costs, you will regret it if you do business with him! He will try and refute this review, and blame everything and everyone else, and refuses to make things right. You have been warned!

I had an appointment time between 1-3pm. They were to call an hour before to let me know they would be arriving. At 2:30 I called (as I hadn't received a phone call). Santiago told me his men were on a job and he couldn't tell me an estimated time when they would arrive. Because I needed the service done that day, I waited. I called again at 3:30, no one answered and I left a message. I called again at 5:30 and Santiago told me that the men should have been done working one the previous job at 1:00pm, did he want me to call and find out where they were. I told him yes and to call me back with a specific time he would be at my house. It was 6pm by this time. When he called back he said he might be there by 8:30 and he wouldn't charge me the emergency fee!!

The whole thing is ridiculous. There was zero communication unless I called. If they had too many jobs, have the courtesy to call me so I can find a plumber who will show up on time.

I give this place no stars, my wife tried to call this folks all morning today. We finally got ahold of a guy called Santiago or how ever you say or spell his name. He told us their phones were off cause of too many calls and hung up on my wife mid conversation. I don't recommend this company to anyone..

A great experience! I'm extremely satisfied and recommend hiring them. After getting the run around by another plumbling co., they were honest and upfront about costs and scope of work. Santiago was on time, knowledgeable and had my kitchen faucet working in no time. Alamo Plumbling Solutions were efficient and in the end I saved some money.

I have done business with Alamo Plumbing for both my The UPS Store locations. They are fast, friendly, reliable and very reasonable priced. I will continue to use them for both my stores and will also using once I get my home in June. Highly recommended.
