Very impressed! After my home warranty company referred two awful companies we were lucky to have Alladin's Plumbing come out to fix a broken toilet. They contacted us when they were on their way. They were right on time. Fixed our broken toilet in no time with new parts. Cleaned up the work area. Courteous and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

I have insurance for my appliances . Two weeks ago my water heater started leaking. Insurance send Aladdins company to repair. They said I have to change my water heater and it was supposed to be paid by my insurance.
Aladdins company asked me $823 just for modification and gave me an invoice with total cost of $1999.
I called them and found manager so rude and aggressive.
I used another company and with $900 received a water heater completely installed. Insurance paid $526 of that cost.
If you want to use Aladdin, think twice because you will end up paying twice.

I have home warranty with American Shield, I had a leaking faucet and American arranged for Aladdin plumbing to fix this was on April 11. 2021. Dylan came to my place on April 15, 2021 and stated that I need a new faucet and he will come next day and bring a new faucet. I was surprised that Aladdin does not sent technician with a new faucet. Dylan came back on April 16, 2021 and installed the new faucet.
Today April 25, 2021, I washed few dishes in the evening and after about an hour I saw a pool of water on the kitchen floor and saw water leaking from the water supply line. Called Aladdin urgent/emergency number and spoke to Bhakti and was informed that they will address my issue next day i.e. April 26.
My cabinet under the sink unit was totally wet and spoiled all the articles such as shrink wrap, aluminum foil and zip log boxes.
I am very unhappy that Aladdin have an emergency number and still cannot attend to such leaking issues till next business day and one has to live with main water shut for the whole house.
American Home Shield has contacted Aladdin and I now await how quickly they can come tomorrow and rectify the leak after fitting a new faucet less then 9 days.

This company is completely unprofessional and not worth a cent. Do not use them. Use someone else, do not make the same mistake. Any good reviews are obviously written by someone in their organization.

Terrible customer service, and some of the rudest I have ever dealt with.
They gave me a service window of 1-4 on Monday to fix our broken hot water heater, they even sent a text and e-mail to confirm, then @ 3:45 after waiting at home all afternoon, they said sorry we can't come until Wed....now we are without our water heater for at least one extra day because they didn't even have the courtesy to let us know earlier in the day that they were not coming. I called to ask what was going on and the lady at costumer service was extremely rude and said it was m fault for expecting what they said they would do

Got connected through American home shield, was a bit worried from the reviews but had no problems. Shawn was on time, got even a text message and a map just before. And mask was on! He knew what he was doing, got it unclogged in no time.
