I would give them ZERO stars if I could but Yelp wouldn't let me. This company is probably the WORST I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been waiting 2 months for them to come out and replace a broken handle on my toilet. Every week I call, there's a new lie and excuse. Totally unprofessional and discourteous. WORST PLUMBERS IN ORANGE COUNTY

If possible, then I will give 0 star !! 1st visit, they came and charged 1 hour rate for 10 minutes stay, claiming no problem. After 1 week, same problem occurred , and my water pipe exploded, and dirty water was full over the ceiling! They did not honor the warranty, and charged 3 hundred dollars to clean out the pipe, and then claimed the toilet was the key. They came and gave me quotations of knocking out my toilet and replace a new one to solve problem. I then filed an insurance claim for replacing a toilet. They came after I bought a new toilet. Again they came and said that they never said that, so they needed to charge me everything out of my pocket to replace a toilet !!

Aladdin Plumbing was assigned by American Home Shield to fix a water pressure regulator at my house. Given how horrible American Home Shield is, I expected them to send somebody that would do cut rate work just to save them a few dollars. It turns out Dan Tokar was assigned and his level of expertise surprised me. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and did not cut any corners in replacing my pressure regulator. In addition, he even gave advice on a few other issues I had going on at the house and fixed them free of charge.

Moving forward I plan on calling Dan directly for any plumbing issues I have moving forward. It's rare to find somebody that really wants to fix things the right way and not try to overcharge along the way.

I feel that we were ripped off by aladdin plumbing. As the amount of time they spent doing the job didn't add up to the amount on the final bill. Also the guy doing the work i found rude and it was as much as he could do to explain to us what work he had done.they also left mess and did not clean up after they had finished the work they had done. I for one will never use this company again.

Had the worst experiences with this company. I have never in my life been spoken to the way one of the plumbers spoke to me! So rude & unprofessional, it's insane to me how this company is even in business.
First time they came, they fixed a sink leak & replaced a kitchen faucet, but forgot the silver cap to replace a hole next to the new faucet... the plumber told ME that I could just go to Lowes & buy one myself ??!! Wtf ? -- Umm no! How about you go get the part you forgot & come back & fix the problem!!! Plus they left the flooring completely dirty & wet... nothing was laid done to protect it.
Second time, Today, Friday, I had an appointment set for 4pm, I took time off work- left early to be home to wait for the plumber... then 6:15pm rolls around & no plumber has shown up & I didn't even get a call... I had to call them & of course, no answer, they're closed! I proceeded to call the emergency number just to be able to speak with someone...
No answer, left message.
7:30pm rolls around- I finally get a phone call... and it is the rudest, most unprofessional man I ever spoken with. He told me, word for word, ""I could take my broken toilet & shove it!"" .... !!! I was floored. He also told me, ""It was MY fault that my phone number and MY address was wrong""... umm NO, they've serviced my home before- so obviously their office is unorganized and he was trying to blame me?! I told him ""He was not welcome at my home with the way he was speaking to me, I would never work with someone like him or Aladdin's plumbing ever again!"" I believe his name was Bryan... not sure, though, I asked for his name, but of course wouldn't give it to me.
My advice-- Stay away from this Company if you can!

Our water heater broke down around Christmas time last year and we had guests staying over. Needless to say, getting a new one put in within 2 days during that busy time was a life saver. Did a great job and would recommend to anyone...

I just want to let you know how disappointed I am with your company. I had a young guy here today to fix an issue with my toilet. I just had brand new floors put down and I told him that so he was aware. He had to remove the toilet didn't even put a drop cloth down to cover the floor. He fixed the problem and he made a complete mess there was dirt/crap whatever all over the place. My grout is reuined and he didn't put the toilet back on properly!!! I will never allow anyone from this company to come back to my house! What a disgrace.

I was so happy with them the first time they came out, he was going to pick up the part and come back during the weekend. Which never happened, we called them 3 days later to try and figure out what happened we were given a run around. Set a appt for a day between 1 - 4, they called around 3pm and said he would be here around 5pm due to his job. We hadn't heard anything and it was 6pm, we called them they gave us another time.
Then Dan called me and said I'm a hour out, but will be there at 8pm my husband called again. And he we sit, my husband and Dan got into a argument, and he threaten my husband that he could cancel the service because he tried to fix the part. Which he never did. We just wanted to cancel, I'm tired. He said he was right around the Corner and would be here in 10 minutes. Now it's almost 8:40 and still know ones here. I'm tired of the run around, I just want my shower fixed. They have been paid, but I haven't recived any service. Just give me my money back.
At 9:15 pm he showed up and said sorry to my husband it had been a long day. That's fine, but it still doesn't matter to me ,his office called once and then it was our job to figure out what was going on the rest of the time.

These guys are LEGIT. On-time, on-budget, on-point. Plus, Dan couldn't be more cool. Adding their contact info to my cell phone under PLUMBER. THANK YOU ALADDIN'S!!
