The owner came out to service and repair our leak covered by homeowners' insurance. It was honestly the most educational experience I've had during a service for a water leak. Highly professional, efficient, and went the extra mile explaining each step of the discovery, containment and repair. Highly recommend them and would use again. They used high tech equipment and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with my experience.

They were sent out by an insurance company that had Pre-approved a replacement of our pressure regulator. The technician was at my home for less than 5 minutes, he checked the pressure and told me that it needed to be replaced but they had to get approval from the insurance company. I told him that it was pre-approved. He left anyway and then notified the insurance company that the job had been completed and that the valve had been replaced!! WHAT A SCAM!!

BEWARE of this company....We had a stoppage in our master bathroom sinks and contacted our Warranty Company American Home Shield. They sent a plumber named Tony from Aladdin's Plumbing to our house. He said we needed to replace the faucets and that they would contact American Home Shield to order the parts. The faucets were delivered and Tony came back to install both of them. When he came the second time to install the faucets, he told my wife that the faucets delivered were missing parts and that he would need to get the missing parts and come back to finish the installation at a later date. He took the faucets with him when he left and we never heard back from him or Aladdin Plumbing or American Home Shield for a little over a week.

I called the plumbers manager/ owner Bhakti Gabbard several times and he never took my calls, never returned my calls or messages. I then proceeded to call the warranty company to see what was the delay. The warranty company said that Aladdin Plumbing reported that they completed the job and the case was closed. The warranty company had tried to call and message them without any success. The warranty company now sent us Plumbing Inc. to finally fix the problem we have been having since May and its the middle of July. Plumbing Inc seems to be alot more professional and customer service oriented, American Home Shield has now ordered the faucets a second time and hopefully we can get this fixed and finished with sooner than later. In regards to Aladdin, Beware of this plumbing company there business practice is unethical and unprofessional.

Unbelievable poor service. The owner profile says he wanted to spend time with the kids. That is where he must be, because he is not fixing my problem. It has been two weeks since they were out to diagnose the issue.
In contacting them several times, they have come up with a different excuse each time. Fact is, they are not getting anything done, a total waste of my time.
Use someone else, they have failed me.

As many others, Aladdins was sent to our house by AHS, our home warranty policy, since we had a dual bathroom sink that was clogged and I could not get it flowing with the simple snake tool I had. We have had great success with multiple appliances being inspected and repaired by companies sent by AHS, so I expected the same. Unfortunately, the person sent spent very little time trying to unclog our sinks and immediately said they would have to bust out the wall in the bedroom behind the sinks and install a clean out and that was not covered by AHS. The owner was supposed to call with the estimate and never did. Also, there were some parts of the sink that were broken that the plumber said would be covered by AHS for repair so he would come back to do those repairs, but again, no one called to follow up. I ended up hiring another plumbing company that came and got the sinks draining and did a complimentary scoping of the pipes to make sure they got everything. That company are now my go-to plumbers and I actually had to use them the following week and they were fair, fast and thorough. You can look up my rating for that company. I am following up with AHS to get my fee returned, but from what I have read, it is not likely I will get that.

This Plumbing company is nothing but liars and rip-offs... They came out via Jarvis Restoration Company, as they subcontract with them, and I had a supposed slab leak. I was already looking for a repipe company to repipe my home, to raise its value for resale. Aladdins Plumbing heard me talking about getting a repipe, and after I wasn't going to use them to reroute my pipes, they went out of their way to declare they were in the business of repipng... This was a complete lie on their behalf, II trusted them because of Jarvis Restoration and their reputation., and did not check yelp at the time I contracted with them...
They quoted me $8900 for repipe and $2000 for drywall for an 1880sqft house in AV. I called them before contracting with them to ask them why the bid was so high, and the owner of Aladdins Plumbing got on the phone line and said, ""Well, you can get a $4000 job, and you get what you pay for!"".... All I can say is I got screwed on every end double time... Please do not use this business unless you want to get screwed over... They did everything substandard, and actually they weren't even at the repipe, wxcept to collect a check, which I cancelled by the morning...I insisted they pull a permit, which they barely passed and it cost an extra $5000 just to repair my drywall, since they hired people with 0 experience to do the job... I could keep going on about the damages they did to my home, as there were so many, and they said they would repair, yet still have not done so...

I wanted to write an update. My husband was contacted by someone at Aladdin Plumbing who said he would order the part for our faucet and have it shipped right away. He apologized for not getting it to us sooner. We did get the part and my husband installed it.

I am pleased to say they followed through.

We are in the middle of two full bathroom remodels and it's great to find a plumbing company that you can trust is there along the way installing and changing it up for us. Love the customer service! Aladdin plumbing was a referral from a family member.

I will definitely pass them on to any friends in need of a great plumbing company.
