This is my second wonderful experience with Aladdins Magic Plumbing. I called early morning and by days end had all my problems resolved. There technicians are very professional and knowledgeable as to what they are doing. There rates are reasonable/affordable for a senior citizen on a limited budget.

Excellent work - came out immediately on a Sunday determined the problem made a temporary fix so we weren't suffering with the 95 degree heat in the house. Ordered the part and installed on Monday morning. We would strongly recommend this company and the price was reasonable.

EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES!!!! AVOID! Needed a 2 inch section of 1/2 inch copper pipe replaced on the hose bib on the outside of my house. It took them 10 minutes of labor and I got charged $205. That's after my $10 off coupon. That works out to over $1200 an hour for their work. Even if you don't like their quoted price, you'll still get charged $79 for them to come out...basically extortion. These guys are crooks, and although their work is good, I highly recommend that you avoid them and shop around.

I """"WAS"""" a loyal customer with multiple calls in the past year and it """"WAS"""" a great service is the past, but they seemed to have gone DOWN HILL now. I called them for a simple moving of a sink from one side of the kitchen to the other and was booked out a week in advance roughly. They came out looked at the job and thought they would have to pull a permit and crack the tile floor to run the drain, I was quoted around $2400 to pull permit and complete work. Then I explained there was no need to crack the floor, the main pipes and drain connection was actually in the kitchen wall hidden. After I explained it to the technician and had a contractor show him, he finally understood. Now all of a sudden the job was too easy and not enough money...I gathered. The technician was supposed to call me back in 5 minutes he said, because I was not at home and he was working with my contractor. Needless to say I never received a call back, the plumber left and did NOT give a quote or complete the job. After leaving messages on plumber's cell with no returned calls. I ended up calling their main office and had a similar response. The guy who answered the phone was explained the situation and he also said that he would call the tech and then call me back. NO returned phone call once again. Then I called a second time the following day and he told me that he was booked up with re pipes and said they couldn't get back out for 2 weeks...Needless to say we called another plumber and had it completed within an hour or 2. I will NOT use Aladdins again!

Called yesterday to have a water heater replaced, and they sent tech and we were up and running! Prices were definitely reasonable. So far so good. Thank you!
