The plumber whom they sent took care of several tasks with a minimum of fuss and full display of competence. He also cleaned the crud off the floor after snaking the drain. The customer service staff can be a bit short with you on the phone but hey, this is Brooklyn, it's nothing personal.

Amazing experience. Mike was super responsive and extraordinarily helpful. He identified several problems with our hot water heater (which has been installed incorrectly) and he had it back up and running in no time at all. Great customer service. Could not be happier. My landlord hired this company to fix a leak in apt. I was leaving for work and had no choice but to leave the plumbers in my apt under my landlords supervision.... THEY STOLE a large sum on money and when I contacted their office they were no help and hung up the phone. This company is not to be trusted!!!!

Came to replace leaking hose on the kitchen faucet for my tenants, while I was out of town. Took advantage of the baby sitter not knowing what's going on, and replaced my imported faucette. Charged $300 for a new (crappy chrome Delta) faucet and 4 hours of labor (going back and forth) to the supply store. Total bill was about $900 with taxes.

Erik Gitli of Aladdin Plumbing and his crew did an excellent job installing the waste and water lines for a second floor washer and dryer at my Bayridge home. I had contacted 3 plumbers in order to get estimates. Erik came to my home and we discussed the job. He was very responsive to emails regarding the specifications for the washer and the size of the required drain lines. While his quote for the estimate was similar to the other plumbers, you could tell that he really cares about the quality of his work. His crew arrived on time and had to cut into a cast iron pipe and ran a new cast iron waste line for the new drain and new copper water lines. We had a frozen pipe that turned into 3 burst pipes, as well as some other related problems. They came out right on time, and handled a 2-day job perfectly. They explained their charges in advance, and showed all of the work they did as it was fixed. Perhaps as a result of a prior review, they cleaned up everything really well. All of the broken pipes were saved for insurance, and they discounted the bill by quite a bit due to what the owner perceived as an error by his employee. (I didn't, and still don't, think it was an error - and didn't ask for the discount. This was as perfect a plumbing experience as I could hope for. They are my first call for any future plumbing repair. A+.

They advertise as a Brooklyn plumber but with a Queens office? Nevertheless I called them on a Monday when the pilot light on my boiler would not stay lit. They said they could not come until Wednesday. That doesn't help with winter weather with elderly in the house.

They're punctual and have a good understanding of historical brownstones/houses. They are my go to plumbers. Also, they are very accountable for their work.
