I would pick no stars if I could. I had them come over to inspect a very slow leak coming from a sharkbite fitting. The assessment was that it needed replacement. Their plumber quoted me $450. After speaking with a plumber at Lowe's and my uncle who's a contractor they determined I could simply by the replacement piece and a sharkbite tool to remove the old fitting. In total it cost me $22 and my wife and I swapped it out in 10 minutes. Plus the plumber's customer service was terrible.

In line with previous reviews, they are terrible and one to avoid! Zero customer services skills by the plumber visiting us and price quotes that are incredibly outrageous and random without any breakdowns. They charge also a very high service fee ($150!), which again seemed very random. Avoid at all costs!

Literally awful. He came and fixed the clog but charged 3x as any other plumber would. Literally feel scammed on the price. How do you charge $500 to unclog a toilet?!?! I'm literally baffled. I could of bought a brand new toilet and had it installed for less.

Stop, don't use them. I wish I read these posts earlier. Used the camera to check main sewer waste pipe, cost 450.00. At the end of the service the cost of over 800.00 and the video was inconclusive based on talking to the town. Reporting to BBB. Had to hire another plumber. Stay clear of the sweet person on the phone, only sweet to get your money afterwards not helpful.

Horrible horrible company. I called them with an issue with a kitchen sink not draining. I told them it's an emergency and most likely the drain will need to be snaked. I talked to a lady who was friendly and she said it's 65.00 just to come out and the technician will give me an estimate when he finds the problem. Well he tells me he had to snake the drain and it would be 185. I said yes no problem just fix it. He snaked it 3 times, it still didn't work. I asked him to get a longer snake. He said he didn't have a longer one. So I asked him what I should do. His answer was for me to rent a longer snake from home depot and fix it myself or just rip the sheetrock and tile and replace the pipe. I told him that's ridiculous.. and that youal should have correct equipment to do the job you quoted me. He charged me 125 for nothing. Next day I call another plumber. He snaked it with a longer snake and fixed the clog for 200.00. I don't recommend Aladdin to fix anything at your house. There technicians are not professional at all. Very disappointed.

Stay away they can't clear a back up problem reappeared in less than 6 days - they don't know what they are doing - charged us over 600$ we should have read the reviews and never would have used them

I just read your reply.. let's stop the lying. You did not have to drain anything because the pipes were already drained and there was no wall just exposed studs as I was redoing entire bathroom.

Have you ever caught someone about to commit a crime and they just panic and run away? That's what you can expect from AladdinPlumbing.com. The top of their site advertised ""$89 Drain Cleaning ... No extra charge for nights, weekends, and holidays!"" (Not to mention a $25 off any service coupon.) I called them up, made a time for a plumber to come (great service so far). The guy comes in, I describe a ""slow draining"" kitchen drain. He takes a cursory glance at the pipes and says it will be $295, I say ""that sounds a little high."" He says, ""if it's a straight clog, I can make it $275."" I show him on the website where it says $89, and he says he's going to have to talk to his manager. He goes back out to the truck, I call the main number and I ask about the price quote on the website banner, the operator says she needs to put me on hold, comes back about 5 minutes later and says she needs to call her supervisor and she will call me ""right back."" I wait about 15 minutes (I notice the plumber has driven off from in front of my house during this time). I try to call their main line again and it goes to voicemail after 8 rings. I wait another 5 minutes and call again. Ring, ring... .

Have some decency. Make up some excuse. But for the plumber to just drive away and the operator to not be able to answer the question ""does your company honor the price posted on the website"" is just absurd.

I own a restaurant and was having an issue with a defective boiler I purchased. They not only helped resolve the problem with the manufacturer, but also went out of their way to ensure it was installed correctly, updating me as things progressed. Having no hot water in a restaurant can be costly; thankfully, they were able to work with me to get everything up and running in a short time at a fair place. I will use them for all my future needs. FIVE STARS!
