These guys were great! We had a water heater leak after hours, but Ben still answered the phone and talked me through the process for turning off and draining the unit, which really helped mitigate the mess. Ben and Amy came out the very next morning and did a fantastic job installing a new unit. I had a ton of questions, especially around ways to save some money, and Ben had already figured out every possible situation to make it the most cost effective for me, yet still have the very best option for our household. They are very skilled and incredibly knowledgeable. They even showed extra care for my wife, who was working the night shift and having to sleep during the day. I cant recommend APP enough. I hope I never need them again, but they will be my first call if I ever do.

This company is amazing! We had a pipe burst on a Saturday at the barn and the owner could not find a plumber that would come out and do the repair. I called APP immediately and they were able to come out and repair the broken pipe. They found the hole fast (another plumber wanted to dig up the enter floor) and repaired the break in about an hour. Water is a must at the barn and we are grateful to APP for all their hard work!
