So.. the guy who came to do some plumbing work for us was very nice, and I have no complaints with the work done. However after coming a second time for a leaky toilet, he said it needed to be resealed, and would come back once the parts came in. The only problem was he never came back. And when we called, our calls were not returned. Al returned our call once, but he said that the call back was an accident, and he was meaning to call someone else. He said on the call he's still waiting for the parts, but I never heard back from him. I just now saw on Google reviews that other people had the same experience as me. Since this is a pattern from him, I'm editing my rating from 2 stars to 1.

Our water heater started to leak and he responded to our call and installed a new one the next day, Saturday. After 3 months the thermostat stopped working. He again responded very quickly and said he would install a new thermostat the next day. He did that at no charge. He is very friendly, and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

Return my initial call for service within a reasonable amount of time, quote over the phone, arrived on time, good communication during the service and the price was reasonable! Great plumber! Al returned my initial call quickly, he was polite and professional. On my appointment day he was running late but called to let me know. He showed up later in the day and took care of our clogged drain line. Even though it was harder than normal Al charged me exactly what was quoted. Fair price, great service!

Al and Z came out to replace a broken check valve in our well. While he had the well dig up, we found some things that may be an issue in the near future. Since he already had the well dig up, it cut down on my labor costs and what could be an emergency in the near future. He made sure to show me everything and explained the system to me. He also noticed a minor leak underground pipe that leads in to the house. He showed it to me and again, saving me expensive labor costs that would be incurred digging everything up again. His honestly and attention to detail are incredible. If I could give him and Z more than 5 stars, I would!!!! Thanks guys!!!

Al the Plumber returned my call within 24 hours and had one of his guys dispatch to our house that same day. Our kitchen drain wasn't draining at all and seemed to be clogged where it meets the stack pipe. Thoroughly running the snake completed cleared the issue. The water drains much better and faster than it ever has in the 8 years we've owned the house. Reasonable price too! I would highly recommend Al the Plumber.

If you are looking for a honest, exceptional plumber, look no further. Al and his crew are top notch. We used him during our Kitchen remodel and yesterday when our hot water heater bit the dust. They were able to give us same day service which we really appreciated. We were fortunate that Z (one of Al's crew members) was on the job. He was kind, knowledgeable and took great care as he replaced our water heater. Thank you! Al also stopped by the job site which is a testament to the care he takes with it job given to him.
