We have used Ramez to help us with a few things now and have always been very happy with the service. He is very responsive and always fits us into his schedule quickly! We first used him for a persistent shower clog and then again for an AC drain that was clogged a few weeks later. I like that they offer a 6 month warranty on their work as well!

So the technician came out twice one because we had no hot water and when he came out he didn't check it he just restarted the whole system and informed us that if I turned back off to call him cause he knew the problem. A couple of days later it turned off again and we reached out to the warranty company and the technician he informed us that he knew the problem and would come back and replace the box. Three week later calls on the day he suppose to come and say the part didn't come in so we wait another two weeks, mind you we have kids and at this point boiling water for baths. I called again and they finally came back out with a part that didn't have all the pieces. So the technician tells us that because the hot water was in temporary hw shouldn't have taken the system apart cause he doesn't normally fix that's issue. "Thai is the same man who said he knew the issue and to call him". So hw then tells us that the part will take another two weeks and to cancel the claim and get anew tech. So I'm on the phone with my home warranty and they don't understand either why it has to be canceled when they can just order the missing piece. The tech tells me it will take 2-3 hours to fix and it's cutting into his commission.
So my question is why would u accept a claim
You couldn't handle and them rush the work and want to cancel and still leave us with no hot water.
THIS IS RHW WORSE COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY. Honesty is the key !!!

All the 5-star reviews are accurate! I decided to call Al to come and unclog a kitchen sink. He said that he would arrive at 11:00 a.m. today and at *exactly* 11:00 today the doorbell rang. He followed all the social distancing protocols and was very polite and responsive to my plumbing issue. He unclogged the sink very quickly and then offered to do free inspection of the other plumbing needs. I am very very happy with the service and will definitely use him again in the future.

4/2/2020: Just had to call Al back to work on my plumbing. Once agin he came when I needed him. Did the job quickly and very professionally. I love this company. Their work is top notch and the value is amazing. I love the quick response and the fact that Al is willing to do whatever it takes to make the job right. The guarantee on the work makes me feel very safe in the work he does. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services!!
