Most recently, when our new garbage disposal was acting up, Alex bcame by on Saturday, diagnosed it as a bad motor, dealt with the manufacturer to get a warranty replacement, and installed it when it arrived. I didn't have to do anything. Now that's service!

Al Mac and his assistant Dessie were incredible. I've tried many different plumbers, but none were as prompt, straightforward and honest as Al. He and Dessie stayed all day and left late to finish the water heater replacement and recirculation loop installation to avoid making us go without hot water for more than one day. It was a pleasure working with Al, and I would definitely recommend him highly to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy plumber.
