Dishonest. When I described drainage problem they knew they couldn't fix without a camera, they sent someone anyways and charged me about $100 for nothing.

My wife and myself are care givers for her parents and the house needs to be warm ALL YEAR ROUND , with that said we lost heat a few weeks ago and called heller & son plumbing to figure out what needed to be done so we can keep my in-laws comfortable. I had a older man which labeled himself as the master plumber , not sure of his name ( Mexican I believe) and his assistant come look at the problem and they eventually figured out what needed to be fixed but as they were resolving the issue all me and my wife could hear was this master plumber bad mouthing the company that writes his checks, along with terrible names and degrading his fellow coworkers This gentlemen ( I'm being very polite with this term ) must not like his job, all we could say to one another is "" why would he work for this company if he despises them so much"" . On a brighter note : the job was done and we have had no issues since the two men came to fix it .
- management needs to be aware of what takes place on customers ( like ourselves ) property. I want my work done without having to listen to shameful names being directed at fellow coworkers and their higher up .

I highly recommend! During the recent 2 weeks of single digit temperatures my pipes froze. I am recently separated and my house is under contract about to sell. All the plumbers I called were too busy to come, except one that would wanted 600 dollars with no guarantee it would be fixed and an inconvenient time. I called Heller back, they were the first one I had called as my parents had used them for years. I asked again if they could fit me in. They came the next day at dawn and defrosted my pipes with no leaks for a very reasonable price. The guy's name was Angel. I think my mom may have helped from beyond this earth. Thank you very much!

they performed our oil to gas conversion. they were reasonably priced, but the owner or whoever we mainly dealt with is honestly one of the worst people i've encountered. he's very rude and has yelled at me and my wife on several occasions. i would avoid at all costs. i'd give zero stars if that was an option.
