Over a weekend my hot water stopped working. I have a tankless water heater and looked up who fixes my particular one. The water heater was flashing a code that indicated it needed cleaning. The first plumbing company came out and in less than 1 minute told me my circulating pump was broken and they can replace it for $1900.00. (Later I looked up the cost of a new pump..$295.00)
Not feeling comfortable with his snap report I decided to get a second opinion.

Good, fast, professional at a fair price! Always a return call, seems to be nothing they can't do. They have a brilliant emergency response service. The service guys are polite and concerned with your problem, never any collateral damage. They clean up any yucky mess and wear booties not dragging in debris from outside into your dwelling. The best plumbing service by far in the Southbay!

We had a pinhole leak in our copper pipes. Alfonso narrowed it down to a pipe in the foundation of the house in about 10 minutes. Since this was our fifth or sixth pinhole leak (but the first in the foundation), we decided to convert to PEX.
I could not have been happier with Alfonso's team. They were on time every day, they were all exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable, and they cleaned up after themselves each day. They replaced all the supply lines, valves, and outdoor faucets (the new valves are all solid brass quarter-turn). I received a detailed estimate before they started work, and the estimate was exactly what I paid - no surprises. Everything is working great and I don't have to worry about pinhole leaks damaging my house anymore.

They installed our water heater and did some plumbing work for bathroom faucets. Their pricing is reasonable and they work very efficiently. They do not try to up-sell anything. They leave the area very clean after the work is done. I heard they had 8 trucks and very busy but not too big to make it difficult to control quality of work. I am glad to have found a reliable plumber. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best!! Did a new sewer line to the street for us a few years ago & outstanding job. They were quick, clean & efficient.
