I highly recommend this company. We called them out for what we thought was a simple job that wound up being more complicated than anyone could have anticipated. I thought for sure we were looking at a fortune in plumbing bills, but the price they charged was incredibly reasonable. The workers were all very friendly, punctual, and neat. When we realized the depth of the job, Brad Bourgeois worked with my husband to find a quick solution. All my drains are working now, and it's a big relief. I'm very glad we stayed local with our plumbing needs.

Have used for years without any problems only recently had a problem with one of my rentals which was Quoted an estimate of $5500.00 without a breakdown of the work to be done with such a high price decided to get other Quotes with one company coming in and making a repair to a Vent stack which cleared the problem . Cost $253.00. It pays to shop around today, I actually believe they didn't want to do the Job so that may have been the reason for the high price .

Working through Cameron Kitchens and Bath, Bourgeois Plumbing installed Shower and Tub drains below slab and upgraded the drain vent into the attic as per Code. We are an 8 unit condo building, and called this firm to service several problems in our units. They came as promised, did a good job, in record time, and were neat, knowledgeable and got the jobs done. We'll be calling them again next time we have problems.

I can't speak for their plumbing abilities, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. When I called, they were on a three day wait. On the day of my supposed appointment, I had to call them since I did not receive a call. They confirmed that I was on the list for the ""afternoon"". I was not given a time. I missed their phone calls and called back within ten minutes, at which point they'd already given away my ""appointment"" to another customer, as though I'd been given a time. The woman I spoke with was not apologetic or sympathetic.

I confirmed my need day of and they had my address. What more does it take for them to just show up?

Try Pipes R Us. They were busy day of but actually referred me to another plumber.

I had them to the plumbing at my house after hurricane Katrina. Now I have mold
and repairs for a pipe that was not installed properly for a shower/tub and they refuse to help with the damages. I used another plumber to correct the problem and now Mr Bourgeois is refusing fix the mess his company caused in my new house. I used these plumbers for years at my house and my business and I am being unfairly treated.
