Brandi B.My elderly mother bought a house a few weeks ago and plumbing was done by this company before she moved in. Upon her first week in this new home, the plumbing was still an issue.This was covered under the home warranty. When we called to have the plumber came back out to take a look at the issue, the lady who answered the phone was a bit unpleasant and very off putting. She informed us that the plumber can only return calls in the evening. Very unfriendly in regards to customer service. Obviously the message was never passed on or they lacked interest in revisiting a problem that was supposed to be fixed because we have yet to receive a returned call.
Sarah R.A.L. Boulden installed a new AC unit for me. The unit was installed in a timely manner. They arrived when scheduled. They cleaned up after themselves and the unit works great! Highly recommend! Great family business.
Walter E.Last year during coldest part of winter, I called to get heater fixed. Waited two days but it worked for a couple days. Then at 15degrees it stopped again, they said next evening they will be by. 4 days later I called to ""remind"" them. They said "" they forgot. They were busy putting in heat pumps at the beach"". I'll get someone else this year. I'm adding that this year I called Burge inc. they came same day! I didn't call them till 3pm! Fixed it in 20 minutes!!! I'll never call A L Boulden again.

Their prices are excellent.
Work done: replaced toilet, replaced garbage disposal, replaced main water valve, fixed leaky outside valve & cleaned out air conditioning unit. All work was done professionally & completed in a timely manner.
One negative is that they came out because dishwasher leaked when running. The leak was caused by the dishwasher. I decided to just replace the dishwasher.
Plumber that day went out to the store & picked one up for me & installed it. I was charged for 4 hours. The amount to complete the job including travel time seems high to me. But I could be wrong.
I highly recommend this company.
