Had Al and Sons Plumbing correct a shower drain problem. They were able to save my shower pan(that would have cost me thousands to replace). The shower remodel was only two years old. Very personable and reliable. Their prices were very reasonable considering the alternative. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. I would give them 5 stars

Warning they may come across buttery smooth...until they make the job a debacle up one side and down another, then excuses and pointing fingers, don't stand behind their work, then stop responding. Other plumbers quoted a third Al & Sons' price and got the job done. Read the other one star reviews. Not recommended.

This company was recommended by a neighbor and I was optimistic that they would provide good and reasonable service. The father and son team are very engaging and seemed knowledgeable. I needed my water spigot to be moved away from the electrical panel - solar installation - so they came up with a way to accomplish this. It took them all day and they charged me $1,600.00. I tried to get reimbursed from the solar company (long story - don't ever use Empower solar) but they told me that the amount I was charged was astronomical.

I believe that I was overcharged and that they were not completely knowledgeable about how to do this job. I did like them.

These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

We called Al and Sons Plumbing last Friday afternoon to work on a bathroom sink that was draining slow. Because it was a Friday afternoon, and close to the weekend, we knew they wouldn't be able to get to us until the following week. We were originally told Tuesday morning but then they changed it to Wednesday morning at 9:00am. They didn't show up on Wednesday so we called later that morning and we're told they would be here between 2pm - 4pm Wednesday afternoon. They never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to call.
We understand things can happen to cause delays but this company should respect other peoples time. I wasted a day off of work waiting for them to show up and am disappointed they didn't have the common courtesy to call. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you have nothing better to do than wait around and hope they show up.

I have a tree in my front yard whose roots started to grow into my pipes. At first they snaked it but we found out it was actually a worse problem because the roots have grown so big. They gave an estimate and after a couple of days they came and took only a couple of days to dig the hole and replace the entire pipe. They're fast and professional. I really like that they get in and get the job done and told us exactly what the we're doing.

I requested a quote to get a plumbing estimate. They came out Monday and were very late. They finally got back to me and at first said the estimate was free but now want to charge me 125 for them just coming out and doing nothing.
