Michelle B.Used Ike/Akor Mechanical through my Home Warranty Company to repair my heat furnace. He came out twice to attempt to fix the problem and was unsuccessful. When further information was needed from the Home Warranty Company, several times Ike was non-responsive and did not return calls or emails to my Home Warranty company which caused a delay in getting my work completed, another company was hired because he refused to complete the job. Ike also provided inaccurate information to the Home Warranty company about the repair. I am very dissatisfied with the services he provided and do not recommend his service. Ike lacks professionalism, integrity and does not handle business properly.
