As a family-owned business, we began our journey in 1968 with our founder, Lamar Aker. I am the third owner, and we maintain the same foundational beliefs that have made Aker a trusted name in Coldwater for years and will ensure our legacy for years to come!
I’ve been a service technician since 2007. I held the position of National Service Manager with my former employer. In 2022, I realized that I wanted to serve my community more effectively through Aker Plumbing & Heating. Our team is exceptional who are equally dedicated to serving our local communities.

Nick T.We had a pipe burst yesterday. They answered right away and explained they had someone out on a call but they would send him my way when he was done with his current call. Evan showed up and was very professional and didn't leave until the job was finished. We thought we had one spot that burst but it turns out it was multiple spots. It was great service and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I feel compelled to write this review today because yesterday, a Sunday, the pressure switch on our well pump failed and we were without water. In less than an hour after calling, Aker had a repairman at our house and a half hour later he had replaced the pressure switch and we again had water. Amazing! Thank you.
