We are a family-operated business, we started in 1968 with our founder, Lamar Aker. I proudly hold the title of third owner, and we continue to embrace the same core values that have established Aker as a trusted name in the Coldwater area for generations and will keep us a staple for years ahead!
Since 2007, I have worked as a service technician. I advanced to the role of National Service Manager with my former employer. I made the choice in 2022 that I could channel my passion for repairs into community service through Aker. We have a fantastic team who feel the same passion for serving our community.

Nick T.We had a pipe burst yesterday. They answered right away and explained they had someone out on a call but they would send him my way when he was done with his current call. Evan showed up and was very professional and didn't leave until the job was finished. We thought we had one spot that burst but it turns out it was multiple spots. It was great service and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I feel compelled to write this review today because yesterday, a Sunday, the pressure switch on our well pump failed and we were without water. In less than an hour after calling, Aker had a repairman at our house and a half hour later he had replaced the pressure switch and we again had water. Amazing! Thank you.
