I have had work done in my home with this company. The work that was done in December was quality work. Fast forward to now... I called them because we needed assistance with our kitchen sink, and wanted to also have work done in our bathrooms. I received a text message shortly after I called. They were supposed to come on a Friday, between 12 and 2. At 1:00 I texted the individual and was told that they were working on a flooded something and would not be coming. He asked to come the next day, but we live in a highrise condo and since it wasn't an emergency, no contractors are permitted to be there. He never responded. I called the company again twice and heard from no one. I don't understand why. In fact the last customer service agent told me that someone would called by the end of the day. Never heard from anyone. I called Prime Plumbing service. They came out, gave a quote, and were here today to complete the job. The worked was well done, they were on time, I spoke Jorge myself. Thank you so much, Prime Plumbing.

Fast same day service! We had a clogged sink that was getting worse by the week. It got to where it was too clogged for a diy fix. Got a call back minutes after providing my information and everything was fixed within a few hours. Definitely would recommend.

Was referred to AJ by another plumber who wasn't available at the time. I called AJ around 6 pm on Sat about a clogged kitchen sink drain, he responded immediately, and we set a time for first thing the next morning - he offered to come by that night, but it wasn't an emergency on my part. He was in and out within 30 minutes with the issue fixed and no mess. Prompt, very nice and professional, and even recommended a product that I could buy in case I had this issue in the future. 10/10 would call again.

called at 2pm for a stopped up sewer line. He came out within a couple of hours, handled the problem within minutes. and although it was late on a Saturday, he stayed to install a new toilet for me. He cleaned up around the removed toilet and took the old toilet for disposal. Honesty is a valuable trait and a rare find in Vegas. We will definitely keep his info handy.

I noticed wet wood and granite around my kitchen sink. There was an obvious leak so i removed everything from underneath but couldnt find it. I've had problems with this sink this passed year, and Ive called two other plumbers to come and fix it. This time A friend recommended AJ's, said he knew what he was doing. I called him later in the evening to fix the leak and luckily he came within 30 minutes. Not even two minutes at my house he found it. He shut off the water, changed some pipes and wala perfectly working sink. While he was there I asked him to take a look at my toilet upstairs. Since that night he has installed an undersink filter for clean drinking water, fixed my shower, fixed my toilet, and then he even helped me fix some irrigation issues I was having in my back yard which is not part of his normal service. Anthony does indeed know what he is doing, and he is honest. He never tried convincing me to do more work than was necessary, and saved me money in the long run. Highly highly recommend.
