Andy Perez could be considered a ""concierge"" plumber (without an annual fee!). Andy is responsive, personable, highly skilled and intuitive, compulsively neat, and clearly gratified by meeting the challenges his work presents. He has helped us through household plumbing issues ranging from a difficult drain clearing requiring hydrojetting to quickly locating, stopping, and repairing a slab leak. Along the way, he efficiently installed a water softener system that required diagnosing a complicated piping pattern. Able to recruit capable helpers when needed, it's evident Andy can handle any residential plumbing repair. We are currently contemplating full repiping and are confident Andy's the one for the job.

Andy is wonderful! We called him to work on a couple of issues at our house and he responded quickly. He is professional and knows what he is doing. He is reasonably priced and does a great job. He guarantees all his work, so if something goes wrong he'll come back and fix it, but we've never had to use this option. We'll continue to call Andy.

Andy always does very good quality work. He has come over on very little notice to provide services. He is quick in getting the work done but, is very efficient and thorough. Andy will pay attention to details to ensure he is not missing anything in the space he is working in. He will leave the space he worked in looking clean and often better than how it was before he got here. I never have to worry that I will have a problem with his work after he leaves which is important when it comes to plumbing.
