My 90 year old mother called AJ Plumbing to remove the clog in her main drain, because they offered a senior discount. The technician removed sheetrock in 3 pieces measuring 12" X 24", cut into the vent and augered the line. He then wrapped the cut vent with black duct tape replaced the 3 pieces of Sheetrock with the same tape and presented her with a bill for $1000 and gave her the senior discount of $200.

Do not use, very expenive. 10 min work was $400. Lo pressure after line repair. Looking now for another plumbing contractor.

DO NOT call these people! I have a clogged sink - it has happened before and I had it done for $120. So I thought it would be in the ball park. These people would not give an estimate over the phone, AND they charge a $89.95 trip charge (waived if you do the service). With a $50 off online special they quoted me $321! I kicked them out on their asses and refused to pay the trip charge. I have since recieved an online quote of $175 from a company who will come out for a free no obligation estimate. NEVER use AJ's - these people are out to rip you off - anyone will give you a better price than they will!

Don't bother. They told me they would be here by 12 and then 1 they never showed or called me back. Very bad business and inconsiderate.
