AJ's Plumbing is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The techs told me one story about what was wrong with my hot water heater (just needed to turn some valves) and then the told my renters another story about an electrical problem then after not hearing anything about whether or not it was fixed supposedly the tech's turned in some report about needing a diagram. The girl on the phone got nasty with me when I informed her I had a recording of her not so professional tech dropping """"F"""" bombs and other colorful words with my vacation renter just upstairs from them. They also used the """"N"""" word which disgusted me the most. What a total disaster.... watch for the video on YouTube titled AJ Plumbing Review and witness for yourself what a bunch of clowns these guys were even knowing the Ring camera was capturing everything they we saying and doing.

We had a dishwasher hooked up in our condo. The tech was new and had never installed one before and my husband spent 3 hours assisting. We removed the dishwasher ourselves. The owner never called me back after requesting to talk to someone about the expensive invoice as he charged us $387 to install a dishwasher that was 2 feet from the old one. We will never ever use them again. They were rude and incompetent. Very unprofessional. Stay away from AJ's plumbing!!

I called to get an estimate on a job to relocate a washer hookup back in mid June. They came out to my house and provided a ballpark, verbal estimate, with no mention that they would charge me for the estimate if I didn't go with their quote or having me agree to anything like that in writing. Well guess what? I didn't go with their quote, and now it is late September, more than 3 months later, and they emailed me out of the blue this morning with an invoice for $110.00 for their """"service call"""" back in June. I promptly gave them a call this afternoon to let them know they never informed me of this charge at the time the estimate was provided. They of course claimed that they had. I looked at their Better Business Bureau profile and it looks like they had a similar complaint filed against them last year where they provided a quote to a prospective homeowner who had a home under contract without informing them that they would incur a charge if the quote wasn't accepted. The would-be homeowner received a similar invoice even though they were not informed upfront. What this company doesn't realize is that since we have no written contract, this would not stand up to scrutiny in a court of law. The burden of proof is on them to demonstrate that I agreed to this charge and they didn't even provide a written estimate, let alone enter into a legally binding contract with me stating what I would be charged. Needless to say, I informed them that I will not be paying the invoice and will post updates here on what comes next. For now, buyer beware.

Called AJ's 3 times this past Monday to help us with a major plumbing issue. Today is Friday, still have not heard back from them. Terrible customer service!!! Called Elevated Plumbing, left a message, received a call back within 30 minutes, the plumbing problem was resolved by Monday night. A+ customer service! Left one star, just because I had to!

I shouldn't have used this guy. First, a 150 dollar """"emergency call"""" for tenants bath tub not draining turned into cutting holes in my own bathroom ceiling to expose barely leaking pipes which I would have wanted to be addressed after the tub drain issue was finished, but no plumbing work was ever completed. Was charged 3 hours of labor but wasn't there for more than 2.5 hours. Had another plumbing company come in and worked less than 1 hour to solve both issues. Will never be doing business with this plumber again.

FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER! I highly suggest NOT using this company. I was contacted by phone/voicemail over one year after selling my home and was told that I had an outstanding bill. I sent receipts for every bill I had incurred with the company and had paid. 20 months after the date of the 'bill' in question I requested a copy of said bill. I was sent a copy of a bill that had been sent in an email in 2020. It was not an """"on site"""" bill with my signature as other bills were, it was a computer-generated invoice. When talking to their agent on the phone I complained of harassment, and she told me it was not 'harassment' until I was contacted 3 times a day. Wonder how she knew that??? Ummm, not her first go round evidently! Now I have to spend hours again going through 2 year-old year old records to verify that this bill was paid/not paid. AND receive voicemails from them daily! A.J.'s Plumbing is definitely not worth the lousy bookkeeping, customer service and headache!

AJ's plumber made an emergency visit to our home in Watercolor due to a broken pipe. The sub zero repairs guys from Prestigious Appliances over torqued a shut-off valve and broke it. Water flooded the entire kitchen and den. We call AJ's to have them find the water main and repair the broken pipe. The plumber came out and found the water main. However, he only partially repaired the damage pipe leaving us with the need to call another plumber out to complete the job. Tack on a another $150 due to the job being only half way completed. This alone would warrant a poor rating. Adding insult to injury, when the insurance company for Prestigious Appliance contacted him, the plumber said the pipe was brittle and it broke because of the water pressure. How in the world would AJ's plumber know what happened? He wasn't even on the scene when the damage occurred? He never saw how the technicians handled the connection hose or the shut-off valve. As a direct result of his statements, our claim was turned down. The plumber's """"after the fact"""" assessment has cost us thousands of dollars for repairs- repairs that were the direct result of the mishandling by the Prestigious Appliance repair guys. I would 100% avoid AJ's. The job was only partially completed and worse, they cannot be counted on too accurately state what they 'do or don't know"""". They could cost you big time!

I have used AJ's in the past, but no longer. If you want to pay $110.00 for someone to come out and try to sell you a hot water heater, and not check the one you have to see what was really wrong with it, go right ahead. It use to be a great business.

This past Christmas I had a leak at my retirement home in Freeport and called AJ's after looking in the local phone book. They were close by in Santa Rosa. The plumber that came out was very good, and did what he could to patch up the old plumbing, cutting his hand in the process. He came back several times, but was not able to completely fix the problem as the plumbing was very old. In January of this year, I went by the office to request a bill. The office staff could not find any paperwork at all, so I left and went back home to Seattle. I finally received an invoice, of sorts. It consisted of one sentence, with the dates the plumber came by. There was no breakdown of any costs. I requested a more complete bill, but never got a reply from AJ's. Summing up, the plumbers are good, the office staff incompetent.
