My dryer had been out for months and the landlord was not responsible for fixing it due to some changes happening when owners changed. The main vent was on top of the roof of our townhouse and Mr. Muhammad found a solution to unclog the vent inside my home and also keep it from clogging again. Everything is working fine again. He also fixed my refrigerator back in August, it's been fine ever since.

This establishment is in Gary, several weeks (8 to be exact) and no resolve, no communication, no movement. But they have been paid. A lot of stringing along; smoking mirrors. I am very disappointed, I really wanted to support this local business. This experience has gotten me in an awkward place.

They never return calls. They showed up 2 hours late and rod the main sewer line and within 10 minutes they were done and everything seems fine. The next day, we noticed drain was slowing down it slowed down and within a week the line was completely clogged again. So, we started calling since the work was guaranteed for 6 months. So we called and called, we went to the business address( residential) to no avail. Never called back. Never returned to unclog the line.

I had an appointment. I Called 2 hours before leaving work early. The answering service stated a technician would call me to confirm. Never happened. Left work called 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, same thing happened. No response. Called again 15 mins after my scheduled appointment. AJ the plumber NEVER responded. I will NEVER refer or contact them again. What a waste of my time and money I lost leaving work!

My mother had problems with the tub draining I called several companies but decided on this company. I regret my decision. They will rob you and leave you without a working bathroom. No remorse in taking elderly people money with dementia and then telling their care givers to get a tin bath tub. They are inexperienced, tacky, and non caring. I got the issue fixed with experience contractors.
