Big guy cant reach much. Maybe ok for sewer plugs but for more skill needed look elsewhere. Repair took forever. 2 stars only because repair was finally successful.

I reached out to the company on Thursday 2-21, I was told that you were able to schedule and complete repairs quickly and offered to schedule an appointment on Saturday 2-23 at 9:00. I was given the name of the plumber, Kenny, and his cell number to call if anything came up. At this point everything seemed great. Saturday morning, I prepped everything for Kenny's arrival to make his job easier and as quick as possible as I was expecting his arrival at 9:00. At 9:30 I called Kenny's cell phone that I was provided and received no answer. I again called the cell at 9:45 with no answer, I did not leave a message as there is no message on the cell phone stating that this is Kenny from RJ Plumber, it is just the basic message relaying the phone number called. Kenny called me back at 10:00, asking me why I was calling him. I told him that I was told that he would be there at 9:00, he told me that he didn't know about that, he hadn't looked at the schedule in a few days and didn't know he was supposed to be working. There was no apology, or even a simple, sorry about that, he told me that he would come out, but it would be at least 12:30 before he could get around to it. Against my better judgement I agreed to this. At 12:20, Kenny called me and stated that he was filling up his truck with gas and would be at my house in 20 minutes. He finally showed up at 1:30, when I asked why it took him an hour, all he said was, wow, it's been an hour and laughed. This kind of treatment of your customers is unacceptable. I wanted to let you know, as to why I will be doing my best to make sure that no one else makes the same mistake as I did.
