Wish I could give them 0 stars but I can only give them one star as right before they were scheduled to come over they texted me to tell me they couldn't reach me by phone (no missed calls btw) and that they didn't realize I live in a manufactured home and they don't work on manufactured homes. I didn't want anything major .. just a faucet replacement But I guess that would have been too difficult for them. And no, the replacement would not have been any different then a stick built home, but just as senior citizens, we can't crawl under the cabinet. But maybe they thought I had a 1940 model and not a 2300 sq ft 2004 one. Their loss.

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Sold me a city water system for my well water property and charged double the price, never conducted water tested while at the property despite being called out to my property three different times due to their system not working. They threatened to put a lean on my home if I didn't pay full price for the wrong system. Currently in legal proceedings to try and get a refund for the $8,000 system they sold me.

Shop around and find a better price. I paid a double what a normal plumber would charge to fix toilets. I did so because I just wanted it fixed so I wouldn't have to missany more work. The guy had to come back once after 2 days because the problem wasn't fixed, costing me more time off. Poor quality at very high rates.

On time service and competitive pricing. Had them install a unit heater in my pole barn. Very friendly staff and they got the job done no problem. I would recommend anytime.

My 87 year old Mother called AJ Danboise because she had no air conditioning. Their service Tech, Jeremy, was very nice and my Mother seemed to like him a lot. He quoted her over $3400 for parts to fix the a/c and then quoted her $5800 to replace her central air system and told her they could do the work the same day. Being hot out she was motivated to move forward. When I heard the price $5800 seemed very high and I was concerned they were trying to take advantage of an older person. My moms place is not large so the central air system is not a large one. I arranged for a 2nd company to come out and quote the job and tomorrow my mom will be getting a new system for $3900. Shame on you AJ Danboise for trying to take advantage of my Mom.

Price gouging! I scheduled AJ Danboise to come to my house to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. I read the reviews I was made aware of the $65 fee just to show up. I was also told they couldn't provide any other price estimates over the phone although I pretty much knew what was wrong with the faucet. I specifically asked for estimates on replacing the entire faucet and what it would be to just replace the O rings. They wouldn't provide an estimate for either. The ""plumber"" arrived, turned on the faucet and looked underneath. I could see the leak at the base of the faucet and from just under where the faucet connects underneath the sink (there wasn't anything else leaking). He then proceeded to tell me that it would be $249 to diagnose the problem (take it apart) then if he had to replace the faucet it would be another $350 with me supplying the actual parts/faucet and if I purchased a faucet from them it would be an additional $900....... WHAT! $1,500 to replace a kitchen faucet??? I told them that was absurd and he was done. I paid the $65 and he was on his way. I then purchased 2 O rings and some plumber grease and fixed the faucet myself. CRAZY! Reviews I read about this company before I scheduled my appointment communicated that they were expensive. This wasn't just expensive. Pathetic.

I had my roommate hire them to replace a shower head and handles. I had given her my credit card to get the job done. I was charge over $1700!!! When I called for detail regarding the bill I was told that the parts and labor were lumped together. Well, it turns out that the parts were no more than $200. So, for a three hour job I was charged $500 per hour!!!! (The average cost of a plumber is $150 per hour.) I was totally ROBBED by this company.

Told them I had a plumbing issue and leaky faucet. Waited 5days to get an appointment. When he came, he said, ""Thats a Home Depot faucet I don't fix that, but I can give you a whole new faucet."" So, a simple washer repair wasn't good enough!! He wanted a $300 installation job.

When he looked at toilet repair, he said I needed a new fill valve that would cost $800.!! He recommended a new toilet.

It became clear to me that this company only wants to INSTALL not REPAIR. Even after I told him toilet squirted water out the back, he ignored, didnt put a bucket down and left the water all over the floor with nothing repaired.

Their guys must get paid by commission.

I used them recently for a furnace repair. Even though they fixed the problem, they forgot to connect one of the wires on to my air-conditioning unit. I had to pay money to get this fixed. I have been calling them for the last two days to complain about this but no response. Not even an apology. I almost feel like this was done on purpose and a business trick. Be careful with these folks.

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced two months ago. I originally wrote a stellar review for them because they were nice, fast and efficient. I thought I did my due diligence in reviewing the best HVAC systems and even prices. However, one month after the fact I found out how much I actually over paid. Part of what made me revisit the costs was it took four phone calls asking them to provided me with a detailed invoice before I got a semi-detailed invoice.
My niece got a better air conditioner (higher SEER) rating and a new furnace for over $3,000 less.
As nice and accommodating as they were, it wasn't worth the extra thousands.
