Joceyln was amazing as the person who takes your call and sets up the technician response. And Conrado responded and was extremely friendly and took care of our issue.

I'm so glad I chose to get my mini split installed by AirZona Heating & Cooling. Juan came out and assessed the room in my garage's needs and picked the right sized mini-split for the room. He gave me several different options as for the SEER ratings and brands. He was very professional and patient answering all of my questions. They were able to install it on the day I preferred. Conrado, Diego and Juan showed up that morning and Juan took his time explaining the install to Conrado and Diego. I had requested that they didn't run the electrical lines on the outside of my house so they ran them up into the attic. My install was a bit abnormal in that the run for the refrigerant line was longer than the standard 15' so Juan came back the very next morning to finish installing more refrigerant into the system and get it fully up and running. Juan also spent a few hours adjusting the insulation above the room in the garage and took photos so I could see his good work.

These guys didn't cut any corners. They were professional from start to finish. Their website is top-notch along with their vehicle wraps on their vans. They are doing a great job in this industry and it is nice to know I have them in my corner!

So my experience was a little bit different in a good way. My air conditioner and furnace when I bought my home started having issues from day one. At this point it has become a money pit and it was not worth it to continue to put Freon into something that was leaking. The furnace was original to the home (1994), the outside condenser was a 2014. When I called to schedule they were able to meet with me the next day to kind of go over all the different options. I had already talked to 3 to 4 different other air-conditioning companies in Tucson. I met with Alex. He was super professional from the beginning. They gave me three different options for air conditioners. They also gave me a really neat option to move my furnace outside. The home that I have is a manufactured/mobile home so all the furnaces and stuff are inside and it's super freaking loud. Whenever I had people home and I had the TV on everything had to be louder to adjust to this furnace turning on. With Alex's option he was able to move this furnace completely outside. He also moved it to the other side of the home in the backyard where the water doesn't pool up during monsoon.

Where I had the original condenser. It always was at risk for flooding. So it ended up actually solving many different problems by going through with this company. I got a package unit which then now cools the house within less than an hour. I don't have to worry about it being flooded. The cooling in the house is more consistent and even like a hockey table. I am saving more energy as in costs since it's running efficiently. I am able to have a smart thermostat that I can program and is compatible with my system. With everything before I couldn't even have a smart thermostat because the system was not working and not compatible. To add the company moved the thermostat more into the living room to have a more accurate reading. Plus where I used to have my old furnace they turned it into a shelving unit which is fantastic since my laundry room has very limited shelving. So yay for anything with more storage. Finally as well the house is quiet I don't have to turn up anything. I don't have to speak louder anytime in the home. To be honest it's the weirdest thing in the planet to not have a loud furnace going off all the time. To add as well the people who came out who did the work Juan and Conrad were fantastic and got my system up and running by the end of the day. Alex came the next day to make sure everything was up to par and verify the work was of good quality. I truly do appreciate the work this company did by being up front and coming out so quickly to fix all the previous AC/heater issues I have had the last year. I would a 100% hands down choose this company if you have an annoying furnace in your home and have a mobile/manufactured home.
