BUYER BEWARE - AirWorks markets itself as a ""Family run. Mom approved."" HVAC company. That may be true if your family often grins as it empties your wallet while your mom ignores your calls. To be fair, the work they did was prompt and effective. Unfortunately, at every opportunity, Airworks seems to upsell and overcharge for their services. The $150 ""family plan"" is also an opportunity for a very nice tech to visit your home and sell you products you probably don't need at shamefully inflated prices. Need a $25 MERV filter? That will be $65. Need a $130 APCO UV bulb changed? That will be $600. Got insulation in your attic? They'll sell you more for $5000.
The good news is, you don't have to use AirWorks. Because there are many other options in the area. In my opinion, better options where the people are just as nice. But they're also honest. And responsive. And they charge fair prices. And they take the time to explain the equipment, the work and the process to their customers. This shouldn't be exceptional. But it is. And my negative interaction with AirWorks made that starkly clear.
I speak from experience. I'm a homeowner who cherishes the rare example of a well-run business that takes care of its customers instead taking advantage of them. Unfortunately, AirWorks failed to meet that standard. But I'm happy to say I found another option that not only met but exceeded that standard (though Yelp review guidelines prevent me from sharing that option's information here). If you are a homeowner seeking HVAC service, I hope you find a similarly superior alternative to AirWorks. Good luck!

Had a problem with my AC unit that AirWorks was able to correct quickly and at an affordable price. Special thanks to Chris who worked diligently to handle the issue.

very satisfied with the operations of this company and the service they provided. Chris Alvarado the technician was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns we had.

Mike arrived on time, very polite, knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend AirWorks Solutions because of Mike.

Things started off better than average, great even. The rep was responsive and accommodating which is more than the vast majority. Then things began to slide. Once we finally got installation booked after multiple tries, the team was clean, respectful, and efficient for the most part.
The issues really began when the installation team left....leaving holes in our ceiling from multiple attempts to locate studs using screws into the 100-yr-old plaster (no stud finders I suppose?), open vent holes that were cut to the wrong size, dislodged can lights, cracked plaster around those, and a broken electrical panel door. They also didn't program the system to perform with the accessories installed so we weren't able to get it to work correctly. Zero support was provided but many offers to upsell other products rather than troubleshoot.
We don't expect flawless work but we do expect teams to report and be responsible for damage caused and provide technical support for the product installed (or correctly install it the first time). It's been *months* since the installation. We've had to contact Airworks multiple times to complete the work yet they've asked for full payment more than once.
We. Have. Holes. In. Our. House.
They finally sent ""handymen"" who were unprepared for the work despite us sending photos of everything and a full day booking request. Those jokers not only complained multiple times about not getting paid by Airworks to complete the work but left the ceiling repairs they did covered in dirt with the light fixtures visibly plastered to the ceiling. All of them. Beware y'all.
Yes, the system itself is operational. Yes, they installed it fairly neatly not counting the damage. If you're looking for above-average customer service (and are paying for it as compared to multiple competitive quotes), this isn't it. Don't say you weren't warned.

I'm so glad I went with Airworks when I needed help with my AC. I was able to easily talk to someone via chat around 7pm and the tech arrive by 9:15. One thing I will say is just double check the price though - I was quoted $85 but it was considered emergency so it was actually $125 for the tech to come out but absolutely worth it because the tech they sent out, Nader, did a phenomenal job! So knowledgeable, fixed my issue to get my AC to work and let me know what I need to do and prepare for since I will eventually have to get a whole new system. Didn't try to upcharge or oversell me on anything that I didn't need and I really appreciated that. You can tell he was genuine and the fact he was able to fix the problem at a reasonable cost was a huge win! Highly recommend this company - easy to schedule and efficient cant really go wrong! Huge thanks to Nader for his great work, professionalism and knowledge!!

I called them because of their stellar reviews on here. Their customer service was so upbeat and welcoming, I was super excited to have found this company and thought my husband could use them for some of his properties if needed as another option to his regular technician (who wasn't available to come for another couple days).
The guy came out and, still, very nice, but looked at my air conditioning unit which hadn't blown cold air in five excruciatingly hot days and came back to tell me the amps were running high and I'd need to replace the compressor for $6,000 or may as well replace the whole unit since it was on the older side for between 6-7K. Up until this incident, though, we hadn't had any problems.
That's a lot of money and if I didn't already have this other technician lined up, the torture of the heat would have made me agree. But, since I didn't really know this company and have had experience with companies who charged more than necessary, I decided to wait for the two days and get a 2nd opinion just in case....and I'm am so glad I did.
The other technician came and found the problem. It was a lever on the compressor that someone had broken and because we had been running the unit so often, it got hot and melted the broken piece which then caused the compressor to run high. So, the 2nd technician ran to the hardware store to replace the broken part and was back to fix it for a couple hundred bucks. I am now sitting in a cool house, thank god.
So, the AirWorks tech wasn't wrong. The amps were running high but he didn't diagnose why and fix the source of the problem, instead wanting me to, understandably, spend a small fortune with his company to put us out of our summer misery. Regardless, I think that's irresponsible and would never call this company again, even if their customer service is so nice.

Shopped around for HVAC options, AirWorks was the only company that was extremely thorough in their inspection, they took pictures of what needed to be fixed and sat down with me and my husband and answered all our questions and explained all of their suggestions in detail. They had a great financing option and were available for install immediately, literally the next day which was greatly appreciated since I have a little one and it was only getting hotter. Oscar was super enthusiastic and very knowledgeable when we had questions, and Stephanie was the owner but very humble and down to earth and even made some very good points to consider when making our decision! The install crew (Michael, Tristan, Joey, Sebe and Jorge) were really quick and professional and got the job done in just 2 days! They were also very helpful and patient with all of our questions. Still in the first week of our new AC system but we are absolutely loving it. Thank you Airworks!

Edwyn came to my house to help me figure out why some rooms are not cooling down as well. He helped us out with the easy options first to see how that will work. He was very friendly. AirWorks has always done a good job for me.

Sam was very pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and professional. This is my 2nd time using AirWorks, and I will definitely use them in the future.
