Today Angel Antonico came to our home regarding our air conditioner not working. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with all the information that was needed to repair my air conditioner. Angel acted in a very professional manner and made sure I understood exactly what the issues with my air conditioner was and what was needed to fix it.

The AirWorks team recently replaced my air conditioner and upgraded the ducts, which were the originals since 1982! In addition they rerouted a line that ran inside the walls where a leak was detected. Their price for this work was less than the price I got from the company I have been using for 15 years. However it was not the price that swayed me but the due diligence and professionalism of the AirWorks team, who suggested that since I had a leak somewhere, we should identify the source before putting in a new system which may or may not be the problem. The other company was happy to sell me a new system without even addressing this. I am delighted with the result. My new system is quieter and more efficient. I highly recommend AirWorks!

*Update: Whatever the Technician did made my unit run better than ever. Thank goodness because it has been hot recently. After dealing with customer service (after my review) and feeling the results of the call, I am forced to adjust my rating.

$455 for a little over an hour of labor and no new or replacement parts.

Customer service and Technician were very pleasant and courteous.
I called and made an appointment for an AC check-up as it was not blowing cold air. I was told at the time of booking it would be $89 just for the technician to come out and he would diagnose the problem and give me a quote. If I agreed to the repairs the $89 would be transferred to the repair cost.

Today was my appointment and the Technician sent me a text saying he was on his way (very convenient). When he arrived he went to my AC and started to diagnose it. He never quoted me a price nor informed me he was repairing anything. After a little over an hour he explains that he did a few small things with the wiring and no new or additional parts were needed and what he did ""should work"".
He then told me my total was $455 for a little over an hour of his time.

Our AC suddenly quit cooling about a week ago. I called yesterday to schedule service. The scheduling staff was super friendly and was able to schedule a tech for less than 24 hours later. We received a text with a link to monitor when our tech would arrive and Bill G arrived early in the 2 hour window and was very polite. He went to work and had the issue figured out quickly and kept in touch regarding the cost. He suggested a preventative measure and the cost of that but didn't not pressure me at all. I joined their family plan and it saved me about $200. Our AC is back to working great. Bill was awesome! I would definitely recommend AirWorks to anyone looking for an HVAC company!

AC went out at night. woke up called Airworks after seeing posit reviews and that morning in walks Angel and his assistant Chris. They were great! Got to work, found the problem, Made the repair and explained everything that put us at ease for a fair price. So professional. I just can't say enough. They so deserve positive reviews.

Edwyn and Chris performed scheduled maintenance on my air conditioner two days ago. They arrived on time ready to go to work and started on the project immediately. Another problem with my aging A/C compressor. Edwyn was excellent. It has been two years and the service is even better than last time. You can track the tech while they are on the way to your house. When the job is done I got pictures of what was done and screenshots of the coolant pressures which was fascinating. In my case there was a few options and Edwyn explained the options with the right amount of information so it was easy to pick which way to proceed. It felt good being part of that process. I have to say in all the years with different companies and technicians, Edwyn was the very best and I will be asking for him next time. There was really nothing that could have made this experience better.

I have to agree with everyone on here who gave postive reviews to the AirWorks team.

The entire process was efficient, from getting someone out to estimate quickly, to communication and introductions, timely and fair quotes... it all went smooth as silk.

The team that came out was friendly and efficient, finished on-time, and did a bang up job, for what seemed to me to be a lot of moving pieces. Kudos to Vince and his crew.

I would definitely recommend them for HVAC work to anyone interested.
