Did the work get done? Yes. Will it last? No idea. HOWEVER, Nick had a VERY unprofessional attitude and spent more time ranting and raving about Trump and conspiracy theories then he did working and making sure everything was done properly. All I needed was a valve on my Navien combo unit fixed and the water tank cleaned out. $150 for a 5-minute fix (the valve) and God knows how much for the cleaning. He was very loud, obnoxious, disrespectful, and downright racist when talking of other cultures and populations. He seriously told my mother that if it were legal, he would have Obama and Hillary hanged! Also made some disparaging comments about Breonna Taylor. NEVER USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I needed to hire an efficient plumber, not a disrespectful loudmouth who doesn't know when to stop talking. I'm considering reporting him to the BBB and having his license suspended or revoked.

This guy only sees money in his eyes. He will try to sneak in extra minutes that he wasn't in your house. I've spend 8200$ for installing this crappy Baxi Luna Duo Tec boiler. The boiler broke 2 years after installation. The promised 7year equipment warranty did not hold up. He charged me 580$ for the PCB board, which I overhead it for only 300$ over the phone. After a little research on the internet, similar boards only cost 100-200$ maximum. He is unwilling to give me a legit receipt for the parts he order from the store. He is only willing to give me a receipt that he wrote up himself. The cost for the PCB board with parts and labor ended up costing 1000$. The boiler broke again 2 hours immediately after the fix. He came back for another hour, did nothing but refitting the flue terminal, bust out his combustion analyzer for an additional cost of 75$. He did not even take off the cover of the boiler to take a look. Took 225$ from me, for doing nothing, and with the boiler still broken. Now he doesn't even want to exercise the warranty on the new PCB board which I paid for. This is one disgusting guy that I haven't seen in a long while. 10K down the drain, and the boiler is still not working properly. Strong suggest stay away from this guy. The Baxi brand is shit too. It breaks all the time, almost no plumbers want to work with them. His attitude is terrible too. He will always treat you and everybody else like an idiot.

Nick at one time had a company All Quality HP&E inc. When things go wrong he will never work with you to correct his mistakes.

This guy is the worst of the worst. Lies, overcharges, replaces parts that don't need replacing, takes no responsibility for bad work, than blames you!
Nick Reiser and his buddy who he yells at a lot installed a condensing hydronic gas boiler and holds the fact that only he can service it over your head. He used the wrong size inlet negating the warranty and told me the manufacturer didn't know what they were talking about. He did some work and when he left there was a gas smell, I asked to return to fix it and he couldn't find the leak so he blamed me and said if I gave him a favorable review on Angie's List he wouldn't charge me... for WHAT - fixing his mistake that he couldn't even fix? Basement still smells like gas , we have to leave a window open and he won't come back because I didn't agree to his terms. Use ANYONE else!

I used this plumbing company to install a wall hung high efficiency boiler in my home. They installed it inappropriately in my unheated garage contrary to the installation instructions of the manufacturer. It has been a disaster because the boiler failed because it froze and has never worked properly to this day. The owner of the company Nick Reisner refuses to take any responsibility for this error and will not make any repairs on the unit. He has been verbally abusive and threatening in response to my requests to get help from him with this problem. I have no alternative at this point but to sue him to recover part of the nearly $9,000 that I have sunk into this disaster to date. I believe Nick Reisner of Airteck Plumbing misrepresented his ability and experience based on the quality of the installation. Several problems with the installation exist apart from the improper location. Do not use this company.
