Last year, I had my HVAC replaced. I've also had a new electric circuit added to my deck. And yesterday, I had some plumbing work done with their new plumbing team.

Every time I've worked with the various teams, I've had a great experience. The people on the phone, and the people who come out are all professional, yet very friendly.

My original review was from 2022, and everyone was excellent at that time. I hope that review doesn't go away with this new review!

Our A/C was not working. We called Airstream services & they came out the same day. Joseph was very knowledgeable, he let us know exactly what was going on and what it was going to take to repair it. Thank you so much for all your work! Truly appreciate it.

Stellar customer experience from start to finish with Airstream Services. We had our entire heating and cooling system for our second floor replaced. Our installer, Joseph Loggins, completed the job in less than six hours which included the removal of both the old attic and outside units and their complete replacement. He kept us informed and was both personable and professional. We would happily do business with Airstream Services again.

We had them come out to service our new unit. We wanted to see if they could lower the blower fan as it was loud at night. They came out and made the adjustment and last night no interruptions in our sleep .
They were fast,efficient and empathetic to what we were experiencing. Thank you guys for a job well done and the price was well worth it.

Airstream installed one of our 2 HVAC units after one went bad a few years ago. I signed up for VIP service and had them come out to do a spring service on both units. The one they installed and our 18 year old split unit. The tech, Jerry, came out and did a great job going over both units and making sure they were in good shape. He found and showed me 2 parts that were going bad on the 18 year old unit and I had him replace them before they caused more damage. He was very kind and respectful and did a great job. Thank you. Recommend Airstream anytime.

12/11/23. I used Airstream previously. The company is a bit pricey, but the service was good. Now my opinion of Airstream has changed - it appears as just another bait and switch company.

My family paid for a HVAC tune-up for two units. After inspection (I'm not sure what more there was to it other than a visual and some measurements, and tracking debris throughout the house - the tune up part was never explained), Jerry the Tech told me there was ""pitting"" on an electrical contact. He recommended a service package of over $1,100 which would include replacing the part. I told him that I wasn't interested in a service contract and he offered a ""band aid"" (Jerry the Tech's words) of $385 which would include the repair. Jerry the Tech also said he could conceal some exposed wires on my unit, but he would have to charge me at least a service call. Wait, aren't you already at my house? Oh, and that's in addition to the tune up fee.

Jerry the Tech showed me a picture of the ""pitting"" which I identify as simple corrosion. I guess I'm an old, out of touch geezer with an electrical degree, but all of this sounded really sketchy and overpriced.

In fairness, I called Airstream and said I wanted to complain. As a business owner, I'd welcome customer feedback and the opportunity to do right. The front office listened, offered no explanation, then placed me on hold for a supervisor. After a five minute hold I hung up. ""Cody"" called me back, wanted me to repeat the story, and I declined. He sounded like a really nice guy, but Airstream has some work to do. Customers are not piggy banks to rob. Honest work for honest pay should be the rule, not the exception. Why do service trade companies always come with a ""catch?"" I'm sure these are all nice folks and are kind to small animals, but I won't be using Airstream's services again. I do not recommend this company. And for Pete's sake, please Google ""HVAC Maintenance Plans and Service Contracts"" before shelling out $1,100! Caveat emptor, baby.

Now, will Airstream respond to this review with positive changes, or with an attack on the customer?

20/10 - I've wanted permanent ""Christmas Lights"" on my home since I was a little girl. A dream for my future home when I grow up. At first the production of RBG LEDs made my dream look like an affordable possibillity, but I was wrong. Until this year when I found Gemstone Lights....These are made in Canada, so I knew they could handle any weather Mother Nature might throw my way, even with Climate Change! But how to get them on my house? They are in Canada, I am in Tennessee!! So...... the search was on and I found Airstream Services who is a Certified Installer of Gemstone Lighting! I submitted a request for a quote via their online page and got an immediate call back. Scheduled for a quote that happened later that week. I do not remember the name of the gentleman who arrived, but he was knowledgeable and professional. I was mostly already sold on the product due to my research, so he quickly got to measuring my home and drawing up an estimate. I couldn't afford the whole house at the moment, so he drew up an estimate for the front only. Well, that was significantly below what I budgeted, so he took the time to come up with coverage that gave the most impact using the complete budget I had! He also took a look at my exterior electrical boxes and advised me that the ""tripping"" of my breakers when I set up lights in my yard was due to the outlets on the house not being sealed correctly, allowing moisture in, thus tripping the circut, so my house doesn't burn down! I had no idea as this was a brand new custom build when we purchased it! Whew!!! I put 50% down and tried my best to keep my anticipation under control. I tell you, those 10 days were the LONGEST waiting for my lights to be fabricated to specification. When I got the call for install, I could hardly believe it was finally happening! I got a text with a photo of Conner, my tech guy so I'd know who to expect (Very Nice idea, Thank you!) who arrived within an hour of the 2 hour window they provided. Now they are located a little over an hour from my home, but they had no issues with that at all. Conner & Leo arrived & got right to work. It began raining during install, lightly but still, they were WAY up HIGH in some places on ladders!! Eek!! But, they had no problems at all!!
Within a few hours, my DREAM of a beautifully lit residence came TRUE!! Now, these lights are completely controlled by an app on my phone. I can control them (on, off, change colors or movement patterns) from Anywhere, as long as I can get on the internet/cloud! For security purposes, this is great! I can be gone, but give the illusion I am there, by changing my lights every night! As I stated, these are manufactured in Canada, so I'm secure in my confidence of the fabrication as well as in my decision to have AirStream handle the install. They responded quickly to any calls made to their office and their employees are professional & friendly. Attached are some pictures of the motionless lights, there are 20 different MOTIONS of the lights, aside from them being static, but I couldn't get the videos to load. Now the lights are much more vivid than these pics show. I obviously need to learn how to photograph LEDs better. There are presets for holidays, as well as presets for things such as Paw Patrol, with each character having their own light pattern. So fun for the kids I babysit! I can't wait for each holiday now, so I can light my house to Represent!! I live just a couple blocks from both Main Street & the county high school in my little town, so I'm looking forward to hearing folks talking about ""That house with the crazy lights!"" Thank you AirStream for making this Girl's Dream come true! Oh, by the way, the time span from finding AirSteam to the completion of my lights being installed was UNDER 20 days!! That is Service!
