Best customer service I've ever received from a repair company! Found them last year and it was stellar, and when I needed service this year still amazing. Quick appointment scheduling, prompt and efficient, you receive a text that they're on the way and you can track their progress. The technicians are very friendly, careful in your home, and easy to understand. Every person I've spoken with has been great. Highly, highly recommend.

My aging HVAC decided to start icing up so I called Airstream. They were incredibly communicative and upfront about their pricing ($75 for a service call). They even have an app that lets you track the technician's progress to your house! My tech was Dan Dulong who was incredibly professional. He explained every step he took and even cleaned a dead mouse out of the heating coils (after removing the blower) that had been there for who knows how long. Highly recommend this company.

Airstream installed two 220 volt plugs and electric car chargers in my garage. They were fast and extremely professional. They set the chargers up and we were very happy with how it turned out!

Very friendly staff!

I think we may have gotten a tech that didn't have as much experience as others in the company may have. We were initially told nothing was wrong with our AC unit and so we then requested a bi-yearly tune up, within a few minutes we were told something had changed, a part was broken and it would cost $1200 to replace it. We did end up using a different company, which we knew the owner personally, for our needs. We were told by the second company that our unit was fine and they proceeded to do a tune up and our AC unit was running very cool and has had no problems since, a $200 cost compared to $1200. We were initially disappointed and frustrated with our service that Airstream provided, a potentially unnecessary and expensive one, but when I called to discuss it they went above and beyond to make it right with us, offering to refunding all of our money. Again, I think we were a rare case of not receiving quality service, and the office staff was very professional about it.

I had three different heating/ac technician come look at my AC unit and they weren't helpful. It wasn't cooling my townhouse and one technician added freon but it didn't keep my house cool. The other two looked to and both told me my unit was working fine and to call them if it doesn't, which it hasn't been. The technicians at Airstream was very helpful and detailed on what could be the problem(s) and gave me a diagnosis of what could cause my unit not cooling the house. I would definitely recommend using this company as they just don't go the easy route to fix something, but actually look into the problem to make sure what the problem is and give you options on what they can do.

The folks are nice, friendly and responsive. However I've found they seem to charge 30-40% higher than most others I've dealt with. Based on their fees I give them 3 stars.

This company is outstanding. They fulfilled their job obligations and went above and beyond. Airstream offered many options, upon my request, of ways to remedy my broken HVAC unit. They had the best competitive deals after checking with several companies that offered similar products and installation. In the end, Airstream helped me make a great decision to replace my HVAC unit and through their professionalism, quality installation, and timely correspondence they made a customer for life.

And a special recognition to the installers (Adam and his assistant) for their courteous and efficient hard work.

And thank you to Gus for his understanding. He stayed in good contact throughout the process. Considering I was acting with the patience of a 7 year old the night before a fieldtrip, while waiting on Christmas morning, in line to get a signature from Mickey Mouse, during a petting zoo grand opening.... Gus was able to maintain his composure and answer my extensive questions and curtail my needy attitude... (I get very squeamish when having to make expensive financial decisions).

I would strongly recommend Airstream to anyone.

We had such a wonderful experience with Airstream today! We had a leaking unit and placed a call to request a service call. Gus was able to come out just a few hours after I called.
