A few years ago I had them come out for a bathtub drain that was leaking into my downstairs. I hired them to fix the plumbing and remodel the shower they said it would take two weeks $6000 and almost 3 months later it was done. The caulking around the bathtub kept coming off the tile I had to call them out three different times the gentleman if you could call him that when he came out said it was separating do to my weight!! They also failed to put in a support for the drain pipe and I had a slow water leak in a pipe that cracked from the weight that I was unaware of causing serious damage and that side of my house to settle. Would not recommend them!!!!

Outstanding and personalized service! When our baseboard heater failed one very cold morning, they offered to loan electric cube heaters in case a technician was unavailable that day. However Cory appeared within a couple hours, and immediately fixed the issue. He was very courteous and left no trace of his effort except a better functioning boiler. He pointed out other neglected boiler service items, cleaned and adjusted everything at a reasonable cost for the time and materials spent. The office manager also checked in to ensure we were warm and happy.

Called to get a quote on a swamp cooler replacement. I already bought the unit, just needed old one taken down and new one installed. 2 guys from airstream show up (didnt even go up on my 2 story house to look at it). Said they would email me a quote. A week later I was quoted over $1100!! I literally called another locally owned company ( GJ appliance) and they charged me $480 and they had it up and running in a little over an hour. Save your money!!

I had a terrible experience with this company, directly related to their obscene charges for their services. Their customer service was kind over the phone and our service technician seemed kind as well. The problem came when it was time to pay.For $80 worth of parts and 90 minutes of ""labor"" we were charged just under $700 and our heat was left unfixed. It was unseasonably cold and 19° outside, 54° inside of my home. I would recommend finding a different company if you need anything related to heating and cooling. I will never use them again as I feel they took advantage of myself and my lack of options. After speaking to the owner I was reimbursed a small amount. He spoke down to me and was anything but professional, blaming the cost of commercial insurance on the price I was charged. The service technician who came from another company to actually fix my heat also stated that I had been completely screwed. Let this be a cautionary tale.

I had someone scheduled to come out at 8-8:30 a.m. I received a call from someone at 9:00 a.m. that there had been a mix-up and that someone would be out shortly. Around 10:00 a.m., two guys showed up. For unclogging two sinks, stopping two toilets from running, and cleaning out two air conditioners was almost $600.00! They wrapped up at 12:30 p.m. The bill seemed high, but I was glad it was all done. This review would have been much higher, but then the toilets continued to run that night. Also, the A/C unit sounded extremely loud.
The work they completed had a 1 year warranty, so I called and asked them to come back out. They said they would the same day (again, not a bad review here either). I could not leave the office since I had missed a whole morning the other day, so I had my wife leave the door open for them. They showed up and proceeded to not fix the toilets for free - since that work was already paid for. They convinced my wife that we needed $300 more work done, cut my water pressure in half, and told us that we needed to replace the water heater. I felt like I was at Firestone getting my oil changed and getting told that my car was on the verge of exploding. Adding stuff on because they had to make another trip is not what their warranty indicated.

I had a different a/c and plumbing guy come out over the weekend. He adjusted the water pressure valve to an appropriate level, evaluated the water heater (does not need to be replaced) and gave me an accurate assessment of the situation. Needless to say, if and when I do any further work on my home's a/c and plumbing, I'll have the other guy do it.

Excellent experience with Airstream today. Very professional and honest. Recommended not replacing our swamp cooler and fixed the old one quickly instead. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend!
