Joe Allen, the owner, is a graduate of the Virginia Department of Labor apprenticeship program, a demanding four-year course. He is also certified by the North American Technician Excellence Program (NATE) as a Heat Pump and Air Conditioner service and installation technician.

Dana F.Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time. Jake from AirPlus was friendly and knowledgeable. My system was 13 years old and required replacement. Jake walked me through the system and provided several options. If you're looking for a fair, strong, small business AC option, I recommend AirPlus. The one down side I had was my problem occurred over a holiday weekend. While they responded quickly to the initial call, the quoting process was fully automated via email and was cumbersome. Likely due to the holiday.
