Kelly S.They were responsive to our air conditioning repair needs, and the tech who came out was thorough and honest (even advising my husband to clean the AC unit coils himself, rather than the tech doing it and charging us). The tech replaced the starter, and tested everything. The AC unit is functional again and pumping cold air.

Very shady business. Our condo HOA has chosen Airplus to come out annually to conduct a review of the unit HVAC systems. Well on Monday Justin with Airplus stopped by to conduct a review. (Side note: not the main issue but this bothered me - I was in a towel fresh out of the shower, and heard a knock on the door. I walked over to the door to look out the peephole, and as I started to do that, he started unlocking the door. I made a loud comment saying ""can I help you"" to which he responded saying he didn't think anyone was home. Obviously there are a few problems with this picture, 1. you should always assume someone is home, and knock multiple times giving that person time to actually respond 2. I'm not sure why he was alone and had key to our unit when the building should have been escorting him. That is a problem I will be taking up with the HOA.) His inspection sheet included 6 issues total, and ""recommended"" 4 to be fixed immediately. The total to fix all 4 would be over $800, and he was pushy about the pricing only being good for 30 days, so did I want to set up a time to fix these problems now... I politely declined saying we would need to review these recommendations further. (We don't have $800+ casually laying around, and unless something is absolutely necessary, we aren't going to make that investment into a temporary home.) He laughed and seemed to mock me about needing time to ""review"" the recommendations. (Do people usually just accept what they're told by some random hvac salesperson??) Now come Friday, our A/C is definitely having issues and not blowing cold air (What a coincidence!!!!) Saturday we had air plus come out to change the refrigerant which makes the most sense to be the problem. Sergio arrives later in the day on Saturday and offers to do an additional inspection, of course for an inspection fee! After telling him his guy already came out a few days earlier to do an inspection, he begins arguing saying since ""no one was here at the time of that inspection it doesn't count"". I told him actually I was here (in a towel none the less) and he looked surprise that someone was here. I said I even signed the inspection proposal paper (which I have my copy of), and very clearly states pricing is good for 30 days at the bottom. He seemed unsure to whether he could still charge an inspection fee or not (at this point we are realizing what a joke this company is and the mistake we made to even have them come out). He ended up filling the freeon, and then tried to get us to pay for that, as well as a future service for a volt disconnect switch. (Again, what kind of company tries to charge BEFORE a service is done??) We declined saying this entire situation is ridiculous and said we would find someone else to come take care of the problem, that I believe they caused in the first place. Ended up paying $190 for the freon and some random up-charge. Will never use this company again. Too many red flags, and I have zero trust with these people. Don't let them in your home, or you may have some problems mysteriously appear!
Bruce B.They are absolutely outstanding! The AC unit in my rental house broke down and I needed a replacement AC system installed as soon as possible. Not only did they provide the best estimate for the job, they were able to do the installation two days later! I was thrilled as the last several days had been in the 90s and my poor tenants were suffering. I highly recommend Danielle and her team and I will most definitely use them again.
My A/C went out on a 90 degree day. When I called in the request for a tech to come out the lady I connected with was kind and able to book an appointment for me promptly.
The service tech that visited me, Justin Patton was super professional and took the time and patience to walk me through the situation with the AC unit in my condo and the one on the roof. From our meeting I felt confident signing up for a service plan and coming up with a strategy on future work that both Justin and I agreed will need to be done.

Richard from United Air Temps was my service provider. He is a very knowledgeable person that has always been helpful. He called to let me know he was on his way and was on time. I felt comfortable because I saw him again after a year and he remembered me! He was very familiar and even recalled details about my unit. Request Richard he truly likes his job and is very helpful.
Mike W.Fantastic team! Needed some faucets replaced. Owner Danielle responded quickly and cordially to my requirements. Master Plumber Brian came out and surveyed the job. He assessed the kitchen requirement was simply a handle replacement and did it immediately at no charge. The bathroom faucets were another story, requiring me to contact Newport Brass for a second shipment of parts. When they arrived, Danielle worked us into the schedule. Brian came out today and finished the job. This is a first class team from the moment we began interacting, to Brian wearing protective slippers over his boots to avoid marking up the floor, to expertly making the repairs, and finally to cleaning up afterwards.
I'll be calling these pros back when next I need a plumber. Oh, and yes, the price was fair and equitable!

Billy S.Our HVAC system broke last Saturday and Sergio came Sunday at 9am to service. A part had to be ordered Monday morning, and by 11am Monday Sergio had the system fixed. We have been impressed by AirPlus several times. We appreciate the excellent customer service! Thank you to Darren and Sergio for getting us warm again!
