125$ diagnostic fee. Found out why heater wouldn't work. Unit was 2 years old and under warranty so they worked with unit company to replace part. Cost me 85$ labor. Easy to work with. Reliable. If you need an AC Heating company use these guys! Happy to have a new company that's reliable unlike the guy/company that installed my unit.

Always reliable, polite service. We have had Roddy at our home several times for our twice annual service contract, and repairs. They have done new installs also, have been great to work with for over 15 years. All the service personnel are wonderful! If you are looking for heat or a/c service in Cleburne, please call them. You won't be disappointed.

Don't waste your time on them. They offer 24hr emergency repair on their website but apparently that is not true. I called after 8 and was told they would message the repair man on call and send him out. After wait an hour and nothing I called back and was told they would send another message. Happened more than once in a span of five hours! Gave up and called first thing the next morning and was told they canceled the call since it was after 8! Would have been nice to know the first time I called and not after letting my 2yr old sleep in an 80 degree house! Very unprofessional to not be upfront on the situation especially when I'm sitting around waiting for someone to show up when it wasn't going to happen!
