Out of all the contractors we've worked with through the years this company is one of my favorites. They were honest, upfront, professional, honored all their commitments, always on-time and never did not show up when they said they would. They installed our pool and have performed our opening and closing - they are completely knowledgeable in their field and were there for us every step of the way when we had any little question. They are rude arrogant and there are better local pool providers. I don't know what's happened over the past few years but they think they are the only company that services pools. Stay away at all costs. You've been warned.

Rick and his team went above and beyond to help us replace our pool liner, repair the bottom of our pool (which was a surprise once uncovered), and close it up at the end of season. I misplaced Airmark's phone number so I went on internet to find. VERY surprised at the negative reviews I saw on Yelp. Airmark's has been opening and closing my pool for 20 years, and repaired things along the way. The quality of their service has been excellent. The office staff is so accommodating and truly invested in helping with all your issues. They are honest good people from ownership on down. When you think how condensed the season is, it is truly amazing how they are able tend to everyone's needs in a timely fashion. I am not discounting other reviews, but my guess is that the overwhelming majority of customers are very satisfied.

The owner of the company is personable and knows how to relate to customers. The pool staff (shout out to Bruno) are incredibly helpful and will explain everything you need to know in a patient, informative manner. The office staff are another story. I was only in there once but it was enough. If my partner did not have a positive professional working relationship with the owner, we would have gone elsewhere. They advertise as closing at 5PM. I walked in to order a new liner at 4:30PM and the woman ""helping"" (and I use that term loosely) me kept looking at the clock and basically threw the samples at me. I kept explaining I knew what I wanted, but she wasn't listening and seemed frazzled that I dared to enter the business and drop $1300 on a liner at that late hour. Sorry, but people work and cannot come by at 10AM. While there I was watching and listening to the staff speak to customers on the phone and to each other. I found them all to be edgy and/or rude. I'm not one to be intimidated, but I was shaken when I left and pretty much had none my questions answered. The woman helping me, however, would be able to tell you every minute I was there due to her clock watching. (I left at 4:50PM) They installed our liner and helped us set it up, but that will be the end of our relationship with this company.

We used Airmark Pools for 25 years to service our pool. We had them make us a custom cover and even replace our liner with was too short and had to be shoved under the cooping (our pool was a large dogleg pool. We kept telling them about dirt washing away and was told they sealed that skimmer, but dirt was still washing away and the concrete walkway cracked. When my husband was in a bad accident and we could no longer afford to have them come 2 times a month and owed them a small amount of money they refused to open the pool for us, even if I paid for the service on the spot. Maybe it was just as well because when a friend helped me open it we found a plastic jug just sitting in the skimmer, it was never sealed off as we were told.

They sent our outstanding balance of $527.29 to Richard P. Masel for collection.
After 25 years of service spending thousands & thousands for their services, I could not believe it after we told them about our hard times. We lost our house & everything because my husband can no longer work. I am trying to make payments but the invoices were included in the Chapter 13.

It's sad because when they were a little company, we felt like friends. So much for compassion.

Airmark pools put in our pool over 15 years ago. They are here whenever needed and always extremely helpful. They even go out of their way to drop off chemicals when we can't get to the store. I would recommend this wonderful local business to anyone!

Manager was not helpful and rude. She didn't know what she was talking about on putting chemicals in a small above ground pool and made me put in 5x times the amount of chemicals needed. My son ended getting a horrible rash from it. When I called to tell them that she was so rude and unapologetic. She could have just said that she made a mistake and she was sorry instead she had the nerve to say....""Alright lecture done?"" I was floored. I spoke with the owner which he seems nice but did not stick up for me as a customer and made horrible excuses for his badly behaved manager. She will hurt his business if she allows her to treat customer like this. I will never go back to this store.
