I'm very unhappy with the service, had been overcharged for part which had been on their truck, but explained that price is including cost of getting it from their office, because it is their way to have some profit. On top of this they didn't mind to get tip, which they didn't deserve. So be aware of unfair tactics!

So great. Adam and Andrew came at the agreed upon time and listened for the grinding noise coming from my outside unit. He quickly assessed the problem but still thoroughly went through the unit to make sure exactly what needed repair. He replaced the fan motor and a couple of other gizmo things. They didn't rush through the repair. They checked to make sure everything was taken care of and running smoothly. They cleaned out and tested and did whatever they did to make my unit run quietly. The price was reasonable and the conversation was fun too. AirFlo is definitely my go to call for A/C in the desert.

They did a good job, but *way* over-charged me for materials. I understand they have to make money on materials, but when I priced out the materials, it was about 350% more than the price at Home Depot. (He charged me $100 for something that cost $29.95). But, everything is working very well, so I can't really complain. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the over-charging of materials and I won't be using them again because of the over-charge.

Wish there were more companies like this highly recommend their services.
They have worked on our A/C several times and did all of our plumbing.

Juan and Adam has been working on my house past 3 years. They know my house better than anyone else. Air Flo is my go to service partner for most everything around the house. Juan usually visits. He's a thorough professional!! And a reliable trusted friend.

Called them to repair a dishwasher. They dont repair them but was very helpful with honest advice about DW's in general and that the service will wind up costing more than the DW was worth. Recommended I just buy a new one ($200-300). I would rather know that in advance and thanked him. I'll call them first when my A/C goes out or my washers. They seem llke good people.

My ac went out at 3pm..called this company, they sent Juan and my a/c was back on by 6! Reasonable price, great service! Highly recommend them!

Scam artist. Seniors beware. Told me after much research that it would cost $85 for service then came out and charged me $160 for a part that you could get on Amazon for $25. It took him 15 min. And it cost me $264 dollars. Big ripoff artist. Then he told me that Amazon products where inferior so I looked it up. It was the same product. Then he tried to sell me a motor which I didn't need. When I wouldn't spring for that he tried to tell me I needed freeon for an extra $89. Don't trust this guy.

The last thing anyone wants is to hear is that ominous noise that indicates your AC has stopped working. Lucky us, it happened this afternoon and on a Sunday!

Checked out Yelp and saw the high reviews for Airflo so gave them a call. To my delight, owner Adam answered the phone and had no problem coming out today...did I mention that today is a Sunday?

Adam arrived quickly, was professional, he got to work and he actually had all of the replacement parts! No, ""you need to wait 2-3 weeks until we get the part in"" crap, the man was prepared!
