Businesses in high demand can react to high demand in two ways, good or bad. Aire Care, a local company in this area, has always been friendly and reliable.

Unfortunately, it would take too much time to explain how awful they were when we called to ask for help with our boiler. From subtle insults about where we move from to arrogant responses to our simple questions.

We get it, you're in high demand, but it doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and rude. Yeah, you don't need my business because you're ""busy."" But do you want to be known for being pretentious and impolite to local people who have supported your business for years?

I've had aire care over several different times for various problems. They fixed a gas leak on my furnace, fixed dripping faucets in my bathroom, gave advice on getting a new circuit breaker. They were efficient, courteous and know what they are doing. I would recommend them.

I normally don't fill these out, but those complaining about Aire Care are nuts. They are busy because they're the best. There is also a ton of local expertise about what is in the homes around here. You'd be nuts to not start with them.

We recently had the team at Aire Care install and switch over everything from a hot water heater to air conditioner to natural gas from electric. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and most of all quick and efficient. Within two days, everything was installed and looks great. Great job!!

These guys could not fix a wheel barrow. Had them service my furnace, they told me that the propane was dirty. Really, it's a gas! If you want to be screwed over use them.

Don't bother. They took my info and couldn't even be decent enough to call me and tell me when they could come out, how busy they are, nothing. Waste of time and apparently they don't need my business so I'll spend my money elsewhere.

They don't back up their work- they just take the money and run. Don't expect any follow-up service if they do work for you. Had some major work done for a hefty price tag and they put in subpar products, some of which didn't work and leaked in the house. When I called they were friendly on the phone, but never showed up to repair/replace their parts. I must have called 4-5 times. Always, ""Yep-yep will work on that"" or ""Don't have that part now but we'll get to it"", etc. Six months later and still nothing- I gave up.

I live in California and I own rental property in Toivola, Michigan. Aire Care came highly recommended from several sources so I called. The one thing that I can say positively is they were very nice on the phone. I had a leak in a recently remodeled bathroom and I couldn't go back to the contractor as he had passed away. The leak was getting worse and I called asking them to go out ... the answer was they would try in the next couple of days ... this was their busy season .... my renter never heard from them .... I called a second time .... my renter never heard from them ... I called a third time ... and could not get a definitive time when they could go out. I called another plumber who came highly recommend and he was out to my property the next day on a Sunday and a holiday weekend had the problem fixed in short order ... my renter was very happy to tell Aire Care to take a hike when they finally did call over a week later. I can't say how their actual service is ... but if you have a plumbing issue and need someone fast don't call Aire Care.
