Airconn was highly recommended by my neighbors so I called them because our heat had stopped working. The owner, Joe, answered the phone and asked me what kind of issues I was having. I explained it to him and he had me send him a few photos of the unit as well as the sticker with make, model and serial number. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and ordered the part. He told me the part should be in within a few days and would come over and install it and check everything out.

A few days later, once the part was delivered, he came over with his son Jordan and got the heater system working. It's a family owned business and I will say that Joe and his son Jordan are the nicest, most helpful HVAC people I have ever dealt with.

When it rains, it pours!! The same day they were here to repair our HVAC system, the water heater started leaking and overflowing the drip pain. although it looked new (15 years old) the flame had apparently burned out the bottom. He was able to call a plumber that he recommends and set up an appointment for the next day. He also tracked down and ordered the same A.O. Smith 75 gallon water heater that we currently have so that the plumber could pick it up and bring it with him the next day. Joe even hooked up our hose to the water heater and drained it so that it was ready to go for the plumber when he arrives.

Joe and his son are 110% committed to outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend these folks if you ever need to have any work done. Rob=

I found Airconn thru recommendations on our Nextdoor app.. I'm so glad we hired them.. it's a family owned business .. They truly were very helpful and we are happy with the work.. highly recommend Airconn..
