My AC stopped cooling late yesterday evening, this morning I called Airco at 8am and set an appointment I was told to expect a call an hour before the service person arrived and that would happen between 1pm and 7pm today.
It's now after 7pm No call, no update, no email. Been hanging out all day at home attached to my phone.

I'm changing this review to 5 star and here is why.
Wes called me yesterday evening he told me that he wanted to set things right and what happened to me should have never happen. He sent out a technician that evening, he took charge and root caused the issue and is pursuing possible warranty repair.

Standing up and doing the right thing says much about a person or business.

Wes and his crew at Airco have earned my business.

Jeremy from AIRCO was open and honest regarding his diagnosis of our problem. He offered options to remedy the situation and when our Home Warranty Co wanted an alternate fix he agreed but also laid out the problem with our Home Warranty Co's fix. Then, Jeremy went out of his way to fix our problem and get our AC back on line.
BTW, the options he presented appeared to be competitive.

I am very pleased with the results of Airco's service visit. They responded to my call in less than 24 hours. Ernie, the technician knew exactly what to do. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained the problem, advised on the solutions, then instructed me on the use of the new part. I had a regular maintenance today and i just cannot say enough about my Tech Ernie. He was so nice and even educated me on our system, showed me pictures of the system and answered any questions I had. I think he knew that I really didn't know much about air conditioners and took the time to explain things to me. I will be purchasing the preventative maintenance plan and requesting him each time. I also will be scheduling a plumbing issue with AirCo. If I could give him more stars I would. Thank you Ernie!

Friday afternoon in a Texas summer and the AC goes out. Not good, not good at all. To the rescue was John Paul from Airco. He came out within a few hours, immediately diagnosed the problem and had a fix. He also looked at the entire system and showed me on the multimeter the reading compared to the listed max on the unit. It was way high...I didn't want my system to blow out in the near future, so I agreed to the additional fix. Both were completed quickly, and he was happy to show me around so I knew what he was doing and why. Did I mention he was a joy to be around? When the heat is on, a friendly attitude from your savior is a great thing. The fix was done, the power connected, and the vents blew cold! Yay! (And extra points from the wife & family.) The price was fair and explained fully, no fancy tricks here.

Overall, Airco and John Paul saved us from melting in the heat - quickly, completely, and with a smile. 100% would hire again.
