He walked me through regular maintenance, provided recommendations to ensure my ac would run smoothly and more importantly, he didn't rush while onsite. I highly recommend Airco.

Our AC stopped working. Airco responded immediately, and sent their technician Robert to do the diagnosis. The circuit board was out. Robert got the part and came back the next morning. He took time explaining everything to us, and gave us options. He got the system back to work, and even called after he left to make sure all is working. I would highly recommend Airco, knowledgeable and responsible, also sensitive to customers' needs. Robert was on time, hw alerted us in advance for his arrival. He kept us informed. Sr. Residential Tech, Robert Morales, provided me with above and beyond service for my residential unit. Robert answered my call and texts while he was attending an out-of-town college football game to help me identify a situation and pose a solution with my system. He followed up with me on Sunday morning to see how I did, but after he could tell that I apparently failing to correctly resolve the problem on my own, he came quickly came out to my house to assist and resolve the situation prior to a required Monday morning deadline. Great customer service to assist on his days off work. Would highly recommend Robert and Airco Mechanical for your residential HVAC needs.

Reached out through yelp when my AC was shutting off, they were kind enough to suggest checking the drain line before coming out. Sure enough that's what it was. 3 other companies responded, all trying to charge a fee to come look. If I ever need them, these guys will be my first call for being so straightforward.

When our AC went out on a Saturday afternoon in the midst of a run of 100+ days, we figured we were in trouble. I left messages with many AC companies, several of whom advertised "emergency services." Airco was on the phone with me in minutes and immediately started searching for a technician (in the middle of a backlog of calls). None of the other companies responded.

Although in queue for a service visit on Sunday afternoon, I got a call that morning from Robert Morales, an Airco Sr. Tech, saying he was nearby and could visit right then - he had seen that we had called the previous afternoon and wanted to get to us.

Robert could have recommended that I replace the outside unit for thousands, and I wouldn't have known any better. Instead, he identified a simple blown capacitor, and rigged up a solution to get our AC up and running right away. He was fast, professional, and clearly knowledgeable.

Airco not only responded quickly and provided fast and clear communication, but also has won a new loyal customer.

Our landlord called Airco in the afternoon. Rudy came late after hours to check everything out. They were replacing the outside unit the next morning. Really appreciate all their help in the Austin summer with a forecast of 103. Super professional and a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience, called the day before to schedule an appointment and they said I was second on the list for the next day. Mid afternoon goes by with no call and no show. I called the technician, Rudy, directly and he said in an hour or an hour and a half they would be at my residence. 3 hours go by, no call no show still. I call and leave a message for Rudy. He calls me an hour later and says they wouldn't be able to make it. I understand that things happen, but I expect a call to let me know so I can make other arrangements. It was 103 degrees in the middle of a Texas summer and I have two small kids. Do not depend on this company to keep their commitments!
