If I could give ZERO stars I would. I want you to know how INCREDIBLY ANGRY my husband and I are. We started the process of getting a generator installed on May 25th. It is has been a nightmare ever since. You have been out here 3 times and still we aren't finished. We have had ZERO communication from Airco since day one without me first calling and demanding some information. We have been told time after time that they would be here to finish it only to be told on the day ""well we can't finish it today."" This was supposed to be the last visit! Airco got the propane company to come by this morning to do what was supposed to be a simple install of a ""final piece"" that they needed. The propane people arrived only to tell me that there were a ton of things that the Airco installers did WRONG and will have to be done again!! We have paid a LOT a lot of money for this generator and because YOU require payment before the work is done, WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE THE GENERATOR IS EVEN OPERATIONAL!! I have never seen such ineptness from a company. Never. I will be placing this review in every single review site I can find. My husband is an HVAC technician and he is a member of Facebook groups full of other HVAC technicians and we also be placing this review on every one of those groups plus any other ones I can find. I am FURIOUS! This is unacceptable!!!

Good responsive service, but VERY OVERPRICED. My local service performed the same work for $200 less than Airco price quote.

I bought a new house and during inspection we found the heating unit wasn't working. Per the contract the owners had to have it repaired. They contracted with Airco and was told it was repaired. Once we closed on the house and started moving in we quickly realized it was not working. I contacted the company and let them know. I asked for them to come out and look at it. They said they would have to charge me. I explained that they did a repair and it wasn't fixed. The lady told me she found it funny we would wait a month before contacting them and that it most likely broke again. I let her know the reason why it was a month was because we were closing on the house and had just got the keys and we're moving in. She was very ride and said that they would only come out to look at it of I paid them to come out. I asked them why they weren't willing to come and take a look at what they missed and she told me they didn't miss anything and that it was working and they weren't coming out for free. I called Vickrey Heating and they came out and found they had wired the thermostat wrong and that only the heat strips were working and not the heat pump. Definitely don't use these people. They may have just made a mistake but they aren't willing to even look to see if they did without trying to swindle more money out of you to fix what they already charged to supposedly fix

if you live in oklahoma i suggest you never ever use airco service inc, i paid $139.00 to have my heater fixed on december 1, now it is 12/13, 33 degrees and snowing!and these damn fools will not fix my furnace without another payment!!i told them i already paid on 12/01. this company is a scam and they dont do the work properly!!!if you use them use at your own risk. im calling someone who has integrity to fix my heater!!!!!do not use airco service! they are not professional and do not do the work right the first time!!

I've been at the lake over 20 years and Kidwell Service has been here much longer than me! I've used Airco in Tulsa and their associated now. Technician shows up and cleans all three of my air conditioning units.
Says I have a small leak in the coils on one of my units and needs to perform a additional die/leak $150 test. Sure enough the coils need to be replaced in a 10 year old unit! Bid was $3200 (to special order and replace the coils) which I told him was ridiculous. He/they we're supposed to get back with me on a quote for a new unit... No follow up?
I used another company... bought a new unit for $2900 installed. I would not recommend Kidwell!
