Absolutely shocked to see *any* bad reviews of Airco on here after my experience, honestly. My HVAC blower motor went out, and I called three companies for quotes- including Airco's Tulsa location. Price-wise, all of the quotes ended up being roughly the same. Higher than I'd hoped, because my system is a dinosaur, but a 30-year-old model's replacement part being expensive is far from a surprise. Immediately, Cheyenne from Airco stood out among the others that I talked to on the phone- offering crucial, relevant and helpful information that I didn't know to ask for, vs. everyone else simply answering my questions with an abrupt yes or no. She briefly mentioned the membership, and I told myself *right then* that if they impressed me during the consultation, I was going to consider the membership. They sent Kristian and Paige out to my house the same day to take a look, and they immediately confirmed what the issue was. Because of my ancient 1995 model, Kristian recommended full replacement, but he was very thorough in laying ALL the cards out on the table so that I could make a *truly* informed decision. He didn't pressure me or put on a salesman hat. He educated me of the pros and cons of both routes, and for maybe the first time in my life, I was able to make a homeowner decision that I knew in my heart of hearts was the right call. He and Paige did the work quickly, kept me informed along the way, and when they were done he showed me ample evidence that the HVAC was working as intended. I want to note that they even made sure to check in with my comfort level throughout the process for anything that some homeowners might consider a little invasive (borrowing my ladder, using my sink).... this may seem like a really small and simple thing, but that's actually kinda my point. This small gesture impressed me further because it isn't something many people would think twice about, and it showed me that they were thoughtful, down to the minute details. I personally wouldn't have minded if a contractor simply stepped up to my sink and washed their hands, permission or not- but the awareness and empathy that they displayed in small gestures like that showed me that they cared how their work and their presence were affecting me.

It's worth mentioning that I had an extremely traumatic experience with a scam artist/home contractor in the past (f#%* Angi's List... seriously), that has left me with intense anxiety and fear around hiring anyone to come into my home. I let a lot of things around my house deteriorate and age for a while because I was incredibly afraid to call someone and be burned again. Airco/Kristian did not know about this trauma at all, but nonetheless quickly proved to me that I made the right call choosing them.

The ONLY criticism I could offer is that the 30-minute-prior courtesy call is a very tough structure for a busy professional to plan their work day around. I understand why they do it that way, I really do- sometimes jobs take longer or shorter, and they can't estimate arrival times down to the minute. I get it. A contractor's job is, by nature, flexible and unpredictable. But having to try to plan out my day's meetings when I might get a call any minute and will have to promptly leave, put me in a very tough position. I'm not petitioning for a ""1:00pm on the dot"" kind of structure, but setting an expectation that is a little less vague than ""sometime after lunch"" would be greatly helpful.

Still, it's hard to describe the relief and peace that I have now, knowing that I have the membership and that almost all potential home repairs in the future will be handled by someone I trust. If I never have to search for and vet another repair specialist again, it'll be too soon- so I'm really glad to have Airco in my corner now.

Very frustrated with Airco. Had my husband call to have our hot water tank flushed. Thought it would be a simple item. No intake or questions as to the situation or age of the tank from Airco when he called. Technician shows up and it turns into a conversation of ""well, we can do this but it might fail and that will cost you thousands, we recommend you replace and move your hot water tank"". I honestly wonder if these guys work on commission or have to meet sales goals. They charged us $100.00 dollars to tell us this. All for a maintenance situation in which there were no problems or symptoms of any issues. We paid them their $100.00 with no service as all they did was tell us worst case scenario. It seemed like a total upsell job on us which is disappointing as we have literally spent thousands with them over the last 6 months for HVAC items.

We had Airco at our house on Friday to put in a HVAC, the cost was nearly ten thousand dollars. They did such a great job, that we decided to see if they would give us an estimate on a toilet upstairs that is leaking a small amount of water down to our kitchen area.
We called this morning, but were really surprised and taken aback when we were told, to give us an estimate that they would charge us $99 !!!
One would think after spending nearly ten thousand and wanting to be a repeat customer, that they would waive the plumbing estimate fee considering how much we have already spent!
I have only given them a 1 star, due to the plumbing estimate fee, but the HVAC work was a 5 star !

Recent temperatures have already reached 100 degrees, and it seemed that our upstairs air conditioner was operating nonstop!!! Temperatures were as high as 86 degrees which made conditions particularly difficult especially when trying to sleep. I change the air filter every 3 months and I clean the outside unit annually as well. After about a week of feeling sauna like conditions I called AIRCO.

Nhiayee and Page arrived earlier than expected which was awesome because I was given a late afternoon appointment. I greeted them and explained the situation and helped them locate the electrical outlet and the water supply. From there, Nhiayee assessed the problem and explained that the Freon was low indicated by the dry, refrigeration line. After giving the outside unit a cleaning and flushing and filling the unit with Freon which was necessary due to the advanced age of the system. Page and Nhiayee advised that it would take several hours to get the temperature back to an acceptable level and that we should be comfortable going forward. I thanked them both and they were on their way to satisfy more customers.

Thanks again for everything and we are appreciative of the quality of service and the kind and personable employees who work for Airco.

I was told an amount for distance and time and even had a set date and time for the tech and then I get a call and was told I was out of area. Why don't you say that on your commercial on TV!!!!!! Just say local only!!!

I have removed my negative review. Airco refunded me for the entire year, $175.00 and they called me and apologized and claimed responsibility for their error. What they did was take ownership of a mistake and I have great respect for them for doing so. Aside from this billing issue which took 10 months to resolve, I have nothing but great things to say about the 3 years of service they provided for my heating and air units each year at my home in Owasso. The technician was awesome, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Airco for your servicing needs. Thank you, Ashley!

The installers for airco was great. However the sales man was not honest at all, he lied on how long the install took, didn't tell me they needed in all my rooms, had my daughter that was 2 weeks postpartum help move a sectional. When called the salesman and asked about all I wasn't told he was very rude, and sarcastic. Especially the part about my sectional. I totally regret buying from them

AirCo came today to do my Spring HVAC Tune Up. Clyde cleaned out my outside air conditioning unit, changed both air filters inside, and flushed out my hot water heater.
He made sure everything is working well.
I joined the VIP membership, and all of this was included in my membership at no additional cost. That is what I call a value!
I have had AirCo in my home before for HVAC & electrical work. I was happy to find out that they do plumbing too. I will be using them for plumbing from now on. They have always been professional, respectful to my home, and friendly.
I also appreciate how they send an appointment reminder by text & email. Then on the day of the appointment, they send a picture and name of the worker before he shows up to do the work. It really adds to the safety aspect.
Clyde was my technician today.
Clyde was absolutely great. He is such a sweet, kind man. He made sure my dog was safe and didn't get out. He asked if I needed help with anything else before he left, since I am handicapped. I appreciated him so much. Thank you Clyde.
