In 1961, John R. and Louise founded Airco Service, with John handling service calls and Louise managing customer service. Airco also provides a great service plan to keep your heat and air units in great working condition.

I have removed my negative review. Airco refunded me for the entire year, $175.00 and they called me and apologized and claimed responsibility for their error. What they did was take ownership of a mistake and I have great respect for them for doing so. Aside from this billing issue which took 10 months to resolve, I have nothing but great things to say about the 3 years of service they provided for my heating and air units each year at my home in Owasso. The technician was awesome, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Airco for your servicing needs. Thank you, Ashley!

The installers for airco was great. However the sales man was not honest at all, he lied on how long the install took, didn't tell me they needed in all my rooms, had my daughter that was 2 weeks postpartum help move a sectional. When called the salesman and asked about all I wasn't told he was very rude, and sarcastic. Especially the part about my sectional. I totally regret buying from them

AirCo came today to do my Spring HVAC Tune Up. Clyde cleaned out my outside air conditioning unit, changed both air filters inside, and flushed out my hot water heater.
He made sure everything is working well.
I joined the VIP membership, and all of this was included in my membership at no additional cost. That is what I call a value!
I have had AirCo in my home before for HVAC & electrical work. I was happy to find out that they do plumbing too. I will be using them for plumbing from now on. They have always been professional, respectful to my home, and friendly.
I also appreciate how they send an appointment reminder by text & email. Then on the day of the appointment, they send a picture and name of the worker before he shows up to do the work. It really adds to the safety aspect.
Clyde was my technician today.
Clyde was absolutely great. He is such a sweet, kind man. He made sure my dog was safe and didn't get out. He asked if I needed help with anything else before he left, since I am handicapped. I appreciated him so much. Thank you Clyde.

Craig Martin - 5 stars!!!! Great work. Honest. No short cuts. Recommend him 100 percent!

My heater went out at the end of 2023. I had Airco come out 6 separate times to try and fix it. Each technician was pleasant enough and tried but my biggest complaint was going all of the first of the year holiday attempting to have a technician or manager call me back. The person taking the calls during that time kept saying they were waiting for a part though the technician had not indicated at any time that this part was essential for heat. Just that it need to be replaced and was inexpensive so they would do so when it came in. I had no heat at all because the person answering the calls during the holiday would not have someone call me back. By the time a technician came after the holidays he agreed that this part was not causing me not to have heat. He tried different things and did finally get it fixed. I appreciate Jordan's dedication to keep trying, but would never use or recommend Airco again because of the inability of the person taking phone calls over the holiday (Friday through Monday) to even have anyone call me back.

I read other reviews and noticed a lot of negative reviews from individuals identified as being in TX, OR, and CA. Those states are outside the area served by the states/area served by the Airco Service company operating in NWA. I am not certain what is going on there, but my experience was five-star. Our technician (Brandon P.) was prompt, professional, and personable. Our 12-year old Trane furnace had stopped working. Brandon diagnosed the problem and got our furnace running. He clearly explained his diagnosis and the options for correcting the problem. There were no surprises and no pressure to buy unnecessary parts or services. Given the age of our system, I expect it will require service or replacement within a few years. I will definitely call Airco.

24/7 service is horse hockey. They installed a new thermostat in our house and sold us a 'premium' service package. 4 figure thermostat failed in 3 months, and we can't get anyone here before 55 hours. So, we're without heat until at least then.

I had called AirCo to my house for a service call earlier this month. The employee, Seth told me that I would need to purchase a brand new furnace. If I only fixed the one part. It could make things worse and start a fire. He gave me two options.
Option 1-
""Buy a new Integrated Furnace Control Module ($600+) possibly not fix the issue at all and waste money)"" was their exact words. Also, He said we needed a new Blower Motor ($1300+) when there was nothing wrong with the air flow in our house.
Option 2-
Get a new furnace for $3500 plus!
It really saddens me that the biggest Heating and Air company sends their best employees out just to rob people who can't afford new systems. It's despicable that companies like this feed on low income households, even people who live off of welfare and People with children, etc. I will never use AirCos services!
We ended up going to a supply store. Buying the part for $450 cheaper than what Air Co tried to charge us! Had a professional put it in and everything. Thanks for nothing AirCo.

it has taken 2 techs and 63 days and my icemaker still does not work!!!!! another tech is coming out on wednesday and i hope he can fix it. i was going call company and get a quote for a backup genator, ----but no way now ""0"" star. thank twice before you call this company!!!!!!!!
