First of all if I could give this company 0 stars I would. First I called to check on a warranty on an air conditioner unit at a duplex I have. The guy I talked to was about as dumb as a box of rocks. He took all my information and then says the lady who does this would call me back. Well I'm still waiting this was Thursday. So I called the manufacturer and found out that it was under warranty for a blower motor.
So the next day I called again to see if they would come out and get this fix. I got a appointment and she says between 1-5 they would do a diagnostic on it to see what the problem was of course the guy calls me at 4:30 and asks do I still wanna have him come out. I had asked the lady how much was labor to replace a warranty part and got no answer since I had to get a guy to look at it.
So this guy calls and tells me the price. My guy who worked for them before says it would take 30 mins to replace this motor.

So this guy tells me it's going to cost me 600 bucks to replace the motor for labor. So I asked him why so much for a 30 min job. There was no negotiating with this guy. So be prepared to be charged an outrageous price for labor. I passed and I'll never will use this company for nothing I mean I've only spent 20k on all new air conditioners from this company and this is how they treat there customers. Ya no thanks
