I called for an annual service before it got too hot, the technician was prompt and courteous.
The commercial running at the time was 'if anything goes wrong after getting serviced, we will apply whatever you paid to future service if something goes wrong'. I called back a month or so later, talked to Benjamin, he said I would have to pay another service fee and whatever the charges were when they come out. I asked for a manager or owner to call me regarding, never heard from anyone.... Now, I don't see that commercial anymore. Poor customer service. Never received a callback.

This company only wants to sell new things. The service manager who responded to me was not customer friendly. I found a local reliable AC that fixed my problem. The only employee from Airco, that went above and beyond was Evan Lemons. Lesson learned.
