My Rheem tankless water heater wouldn't turn on after I did the annual flush. The remote control panel was completely dead. Moe was recommended by the Rheem website so I gave him a call. Moe picked up right away and did a quick diagnosis over the phone. He told me to just replace the remote control which I did. I bought UMC-117 from Home Depot and voilà it worked! It's hard to find a honest plumber and Moe saved me money and time. THANK YOU MOE!!! 5 STARS!!!

Our old water heater was leaked last weekend. We called Moe and he was able to help replace with a new one in next day for a very reasonable cost. Moe is one of nicest plumbers we have met, very pro and trustworthy, highly recommended and regarded!

Moe and his team are the best. Our original meeting was in 2021, they had installed a new Central Air/ Heat Unit in our condo. Moe worked with the association and permit requirements, coordinated it all. Recently we had been plumbing issues and Moe took care of them quickly at a very decent price.

This is a great company. We had an issue with our heater system we called moe showed up on time diagnosed the system he told us we need some parts which he ordered and came back within an hour and stayed late to get it fixed. The water heater stopped working the morning of Christmas Eve with our adult son and our daughter with her husband and two grandkids staying in our home. Sears said that they could not schedule a repairman until Dec. 28th. We called Moe at AIRCO who installed a new Raheem water heater within 5 hours from the time we called him. Santa could not have delivered a better gift! Great service and price. AIRCO and Moe are the Best.

I highly recommend Airco A/C & Plumbing. When my water heater went out I wanted to try to repair it, if possible & only if it was going to be too expensive to fix, replace the 50 gallon gas unit. Moe was the only plumber that listened to me and did what I asked. I had two other (well known) plumbing companies come out & they both told me I needed a new water heater - they didn't even try to see if mine could be repaired. Moe did what I asked (to first see if it could be fixed) and explained my options to me.

Don't waste time calling any other company - call Moe at Airco.

I wholeheartedly agree with all of the previous reviews. Moe is the best. He saw me through a difficult air conditioning project which involved association approval and city approval and a considerable amount of time. The job took a considerable amount of time, but Moe was always there to get the job done. He is efficient, he knows what he's doing, and I recommend him highly.

He was very patient & willing to take time to work with Rheem to make sure that I could get a full warranty for my newly upgraded tankless water heater. There was no hidden cost from the estimate and invoice. He also provided me frequent updates and pictures when installing the new tankless unit. I couldn't recommend Moe/Airco for water heater service/repair. I found Airco on the Rheem list of warranty contractors. Moe was responsive to my initial message, showed up within a few hours, and text when he was on his way. When he arrived he confirmed my water heater was under warranty, he helped me remove it and told me how to return it to home depot for a free replacement. The next day he was back to install the new water heater and fix the poorly-run gas lines that was there from prior owner. He sent an electronic invoice a few days later and payment was easy via venmo. Fair pricing. Overall, Moe was clearly a trustworthy, no BS kinda guy that knows what he is doing. He was also really nice to my daughter as she poked around in his tool bag! Thanks, Moe!

I had to do a work with my water heater to sell the property. I contacted several services but most of them were slow response or came up with high price estimate. Mr. Moe is always quick response and work quality is precise. Because I couldn't stay there until his work was done, he took some videos to report the work he did in details. He even cleaned the water heater closet that was covered by dust and spider web. His service is definitely beyond of my expectations. Mr. Moe is obviously the best plumber I have ever worked with. I have some plumbing projects at my new place. My mind is calm with no hustle because I know whom to contact for a quality plumber. I'm very happy to find this company.
