What lies, all around. Claiming you made arrangements with my son to come back and repair what YOU BROKE... My son is EIGHT. This is beyond unprofessional. YOU left an 89 year old woman without heat. You broke the heater, claimed you'd fix it, then blocked all calls. You broke it last July; how long could it possibly take you to get here again? Now you're lying and asking why you deserve a bad review? I hope you learn some professionalism and to conversate like an adult. Everyone makes mistakes in business, but the key is to hold oneself accountable and learn from mistakes. You are doing no such thing.

Replaced heating and air conditioning system. Clean and professional work from quote to finished product. Handled customizations and additional electrial work. Very pleasant to work with throughout the process. Recommended to us and lived up to recommendation. Took care of the house and cleaned up when finished. The product installed works great! My wife and I would certainly hire the company for house repairs and/or future work. If you need home repairs, give them a call!

Comment from Johnathan French below are all lies. After the fifth NO Show, No Call No Text I gave up. Never offered to weld up complete HA HA what lies.

The 5th day of a no shows I called somebody else and it was fixed within 2 hours after calling and yes there was a leak a lose fitting, again crappy work.

If you are such a a good guy you would pay for it?

We called Jonathan out on Memorial Day to fix our A/C, he showed up right away, determined we needed a new fan. Upon extracting the fan from the unit it was dropped down moving over 2"" off it's pedestal causing the ducting to become unconnected and breaking the water drain pipe. We were soo impressed he showed up and got our A/C working, gave us a price to do some extra ducting work and filter doors and said he would return the unit to its proper position and get back with us on the other items installation in a week or so being he was booked out for other jobs. The next morning noticed the grain pipe leaking, had I not caught the leaking drain pipe we could have had water leak into our neighbors unit.
Finally get a call regarding the extra items costing more than originally verbally quoted, my Husband questioned the increased pricing and got hung up on. Now we have to find another contractor to finish the job. I would have preffered to give a raving review but if you cannot finish the job you were paid in full to do you won't be in business very long. Do not use this company!

I hired Johnathan (Air Time) to fix my HVAC at my house. I would NOT hire this company! He does work that requires a license and he does NOT have one! He also did not pull permits that he needed to, to do the job. I had an old unit, about 20yrs old, it had the R-22 Freon in it and that Freon was being phased out in the industry, and me being a layman, I did not know that. Jonathon told me that replacing my compressor would fix my unit. Only found out later when EVERY other HVAC repair company I got a free estimates from to replace my unit, NONE of them said that they would ever do a repair on such an old unit, they would ONLY recommend a replacement! He is a sly character and he will try to do the job as cheap as he can and even if it's not the industry standard. Don't trust Air Time!

Requested install of WiFi thermostat. Arrived on time and seemed professional. Once thermostat was on wall employee began to leave . I requested assistance to set up setting for heat pump OB setting. Employee French stared that's not my problem. I had to pay someone else to re-install and set up. Customer service was below 1 star

I had an appointment to get my A/C repaired scheduled through my home warranty company . i confirmed the appointment with Johnathan the night before. When the time came for the appointment , he never showed and never called. After the appointment time , I call them and left a message and no one EVER returned my call. I would never use them.

John has done repairs at my house twice and both times (AC and plumbing).Both times he got to my house fast, did the repairs fast and charged a reasonable rate. As well as did a great job, very knowledgeable about nearly everything.

We had our heater go out on a cold night and called very early in the morning John picked up and was kind and professional & fit us in his schedule right away that morning the service was fast and fair priced, also changed our filters for us. Thanks, will use again next time we're in a jam.

I had the absolute best experience and customer service with Air Time Home Repairs!
My mom had decided to take a quick trip to her second home in Bullhead City, but upon arrival , found her A/C malfunctioning.With the Az heat being totally unbearable without A/C , she was going to drive all the way back to California.I hated the thought of her being so disappointed and traveling back to California. While trying to help my Mom out, I lucked up on Air Time Home Repairs and the Wonderful Paula who was sweet, courteous and prompt! She sent a repairman to my Moms place right away, the issue was diagnosed,fixed and resolved promptly and my Moms weekend getaway was saved!! All of the other places I had called told me I had to wait days but Air Time was available and on the case! And they didn't break my pockets! Please consider Air Time Home Repair for your A/C needs and whatever services they offer. My mom loves her Bullhead City getaway and I'm so grateful that Paula and Jonathan made it possible for her to stay and enjoy it! I highly recommend them!
