No need to call anyone else in the south west riverside county. I've used them several times for my personal residence and my clients. I've been very active in the real estate market in the area for over 15 years and they are the most reliable an honest HVAC company I've found. Technician Adam Cogley came to our residence today and went above and beyond with service by checking everything out and explaining any problems he found. I highly recommend calling them at 888-588-1602

i never had a.c. in this house and I swore I would not go one more summer with out. I got some pricing and decided to go with Air Temp Specialists. I feel I made the right call. A team of technicians arrived at my house and methodically installed all new duct work along with a new heater and a.c. unit. All their work was very clean and I was impressed with their clean up at the end of every day. Yes it took a few days to knock out, but it was so nice to turn on the a.c. I just want to say thanks to everyone involved. Mike McCoy, Joel, Andrew, Mike P, Tom and Tommy were all professional and courteous. ( Hope I didn't miss anyone )The girls in the office were professional as well and made everything simple from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Recently I had an issue with my heater, I was freezing my butt off every morning and didn't know what was going on. I called this company and was very please with the friendly staff. They sent someone out as soon as they could, the guy knew what he was talking about, they didn't have to leave as they had everything they needed with them and the guy was super friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this company and have already had friends call them as well.

It is not that half of their staff isn't friendly. They are. But that is not why I am complaining. They can't seem to get it together. For one, they take longer than they estimate by 2-3 times. 2nd, they have to keep coming back because they forget insulation, made a goof or a sticker. 3rd, they don't know how to use the thermostat that they install. It has been a long and frustrating experience working with them because the job is just 'not done'. It goes on forever. 2 months!!! They say it is because they never did a job like this. Well...if they know that, then they should be extra on top of it TO learn everything. I am glad I have AC, but this job has lead to health problems because of all the stress.

Hence the 1 star (if possible ZERO).... I believe Yelp is meant for people to give reviews so that it may or may not deter and / or give people business.
I will allow the ONE star, though.... the detailed information that was given in regards to my call was quite impressive. What I'm wondering is:
1.) Why did a call back not transpire.... it's apparent your company had my number.
2.)If that's NOT a dispatcher DO NOT instruct possible consumers to press what your company wants your possible consumers to press to receive the assistance that we (consumers)have called for!!
3.)I believe your ""dispatcher"" LIED to you. What you've stated transpired is not at all true. If you're able to listen to calls then you'll hear, I had to give my information in such a way, that it makes more sense to go through a drive thru ATM that has braille on it! I had to speak soooooooo slow, a dag gone snail & turtle got service elsewhere AND I was on the phone before they were!!!
And lastly....
4.)I don't think you should chastise a consumer for saying how they felt about the business & people they had to deal with. You see, my review must have bothered you soooooooo much that YOU as a ""Professional"" Company had to respond to my review TWICE!! AND you literally went through ALLLLLL my reviews just to make a statement on my OPINION!!!
Grow up... hire better dispatchers, if need be. The instructions your business gave to receive business is exactly what I did.
It might be a hard thing to do. ... but sometimes you have to tell your Abuelita that this may not be the job for her. Tamales & menudo... or do you have a business like so already?
I can pretty much guarantee you'll respond back.
Have a good night, I promise I won't lose any sleep over this.

I had them repair my AC unit last year and unfortunately the repair didn't hold. The General Manager came to my house and agreed that, even though the repair was a month out of warranty, there was an issue with the previous repair and they would replace the valves as before and get the unit working fully. That's exactly what we were hoping for.

Did a good job for us including refunding a charge they made which was unreasonable, they refunded the charge after bringing it to their attention without hassle. They did a nice job installing a new heat pump unit in a condo we own and also quickly cleaned a stain on the carpet caused during the install.

So, well done, would recommend them.

Chuck Jines, Chuck Gayden and Adam, the technician, were top notch! The customer service was fantastic! I called on a Sunday and someone was at my house within an hour. When there were still issues, Adam worked the next day until nearly 7:00 at night to try and resolve the issue. When the solution was determined, Adam was there at 7:00am to complete the work before I left for work to accommodate my schedule. Since when does a business do that? Adam was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Air Temp Specialists made an after-hour exception in the hottest and most humid season San Diego has ever seen, because my fiancé has COPD and the AC air is literally his only relief. Tommy S was here right on time, despite rain and lightning, pinpointed the problem inside of 15 minutes, repaired it for a very fair price inside of another 15 minutes, tested our intake and output air, and was ridiculously friendly!! His dad even works for the same company! I would recommend this company to anyone in need and I have saved their info because they are the only HVAC company I will ever use again.

These guys deserve WAY more than 5 stars! We've been in a hot spell for the past few days (Escondido). At 8:00pm last evening (a Sunday night) we realized that the AC wasn't working and the house was slowly getting warmer. With the next two days predicted to be in the 100's again, we panicked and started calling AC repair companies for 24-hour emergency service. Odd thing though...even though their websites say 24/7 service, they either don't answer their phones, or tell you that their technicians are finished for the day. EXCEPT FOR AIR TEMPERATURE SPECIALISTS.
I called 7 companies (including Bill Howe - and one of their technicians lives on my street, 2 minutes away from me) and Air Temperature Specialists were the only ones to answer and set up an emergency service call.

In about an hour Shawn arrived, checked out our system and was able to determine the problem. He explained to my husband what had malfunctioned, replaced the part (which he had on his well-stocked truck) and the system was up and running again. Even after he had finished the repair he continued to check everything, making sure our filter was clean, checked the temp of the air coming out of the vents, and gave our system the thumbs up.

Our AC/heating system was installed about 8 years ago, and the company we used has since retired from the business and sold their client list to another AC/heating/plumbing company. Although we loved the original company, the ""new"" guys left a lot to be desired - so we were left with no one to rely on in case of repairs. We've been lucky until now, and last night was an eye opener. I'm not sure what these companies think 24/ mean, but I'm pretty sure it should include Sundays at 8:00pm.

In any case, we are thrilled to have discovered Air Temperature Specialists. With our AC/heating system creeping up in age I suppose this won't be the last time we need to repair it, but at least now we know who to call. We were very impressed with Shawn as well as the women we spoke to on the phone - fantastic job everyone, and many, many thanks!
