Everyone at ATS has been fantastic, but I'd like to give a special thank you to PACO! Paco is dependable, reliable, he does quality work and his knowledge is superb! It sure feels great that our condominium complex, which is run on 1 boiler system, has a company like ATS keeping a good eye on our equipment. The quarterly maintenance program has saved us money and potential problems over the years.

I had a poor experience with these guys. One of our office air conditioners stopped cooling so we called Air Temperature Specialists.

A tech came by to diagnose - an $85 fee, and he overstated the problem and said it was going to be a very involved fix. He said I'd need to get a quote the following day

The following morning, our office was getting hotter and hotter while I was getting jerked around about a quote from a sales manager. I was told 4 different times about when to expect some communication, and none of it was accurate.

When the ""sales manager"" finally calls, he leaves a message about being out on service calls all day, and interrupts himself by burping on the voicemail.

I got tired of their crap, and called another guy who told me when he'd be over, arrived on time, and fixed the actual issue within an hour.

Their customer service people are nice, but everyone else treats you like crap.

Air Temperature Specialists performs regular maintenance on the boilers at many of the associations I work with. Their staff and technicians are very responsive and complete their work in a timely and efficient matter. This company keeps their appointments and does an excellent job at keeping me informed of the status of the issue and when it has been completed. We use Air Temp for all of our apartment communities and they are amazing! We appreciate how easy it is to schedule for service and/or installations. They offer pretty good specials here and there on HVAC replacements which are nice and something I have never seen big companies do, especially in offering them to big property management companies. I would highly recommend them
