I am John Gabrielli, the proud owner of Air Temp Solutions. Having a father who was a plumber, I spent my teenage years helping him with various jobs in the trades. I developed a strong interest in the heating and cooling side of the industry and was drawn to it. This passion motivated me to launch my own business, and thus Air Temp Solutions started assisting customers in Middletown and surrounding regions. Our service request for a HVAC unit installed in our furnace for an asthmatic individual became a $5,300 shouting nightmare when they installed the wrong unit. A short-shifted selling sequence did not show what they were invoicing and I didn't know they were installing a MERV 10 cheap filter instead of the MERV 19 which is HVAC. Never again with these people or any referrals.

We have air temp for a couple of years now. And this last time we had a inspection, which really surprised how thorough they are, noticed we needed a new fan. Mike came out to inspect and put the motor fan in to notice the pipes behind it had cracked. If he hadn't seen tgat we would of had carbon monoxide all in the house. After talking to Amber and finally Rachael who definatly earned her guardian angel wings helped us get things straightened out. I would totally recommend them .they are here on time and explain everything.

I had a membership plan with this company to service my Heating and Air Conditioner system. On October 26, 2026, I paid $144.00 for another year's membership. Also, their technician serviced my system when I was still under my previous membership, technician stated it needed to be replaced soon and provided me with pictures showing internal defects. So, I decided not to use this company to replace my HVAC system because of their high cost, and I decided to use someone else instead, and least costly. Today, 11/20/2024, I called Air Temp Solution for a refund of my future Membership. They denied my refund. I told the representative there was no need to service my new system since it's currently under warranty, and that Air Temp will not be servicing my new system until warranty is over. The representative said the company would not refund me, I believe that Air Temp wanted to replace my HVAC system which is why they refused to refund me. I'm sure I may not be the only one this may be happening to and I consider this a bad business practice against consumers. I want my refund and the company to be investigated for wrongful business practices.
This company steals your membership if you want a refund...they are liars.

My tech cam out and over charged me on the dispatch fee, which I was quoted a different price over the phone. Then my tech. forged my signature on is IPad with me being able to read the term just to me a price. I have prove that Chris forged my signature. Then he left a water under my sink and I had to clean it up after he snaked my drain. Will never use this company again.

I call Air Temp to clean my air Ducts, they said it would cost around 700.00 bucks, the fellow arrived with a large vacuum and a shop vac that had a hose so large it would not fit down 4 vents so he offered me a 20% discount. My vents openings were too small for his equipment. or he didn't have the equipment for the job,he offered to clean what he could, thanks but no thanks, I sent him on his way. The job he offered to do was worth no more than 100.00 bucks

I had an appointment July 9th. paid 240.00 for yearly maintenence plan.They cancelled the 9th appointment. I had to call and ask what was going on.. July 10th had second appointment.I have 6 mini splits 1 central air unit. Tech said he really does not do mini splits. I ask why would they send you?He says they do stuff like that.He just turned unit on and off. Said there is no maintenence to do. NOT TRUE.He left my 3rd floor mimi split unit totally dismantled face place left on floor with screws.It was icing over. July 11th they sent Anthony out.He was very competent . Did proper maintenence on Two units . His Boss told him leave without finishing the job 3 units d not get maintenence. 3 days sitting around sitting around not getting the job done. Only ask for Anthony if you use at all. Owner/ manager never returned my calls. I received 3 flyers in mail from them. Only reason i used them!Will see if they refund me as Anthony said on his way out.I suggest Mcginnley A/C services.Their management can return a call.

I have a service contract with this business and scheduled an appointment. Was given a 2-hour window of when the technician would show up. I rearranged my schedule to be available during that 2 hour window. 5 minutes before the end of the two hour window they called and said we're not coming we need to reschedule. Then they want to reschedule me 3 weeks out. This is the way they treat their preferred service contract customers? Can't imagine what a regular person gets. Very disappointing and looks like their service is going downhill.

On 12/21/2023, we scheduled an emergency service for no heat.
The first technician that came out didn't diagnose the issue completely. He was only here for 15 minutes. He checked the capacitor & and the fan motor and said it was bad. Closed the system up and left. He appeared to be more worried about going home at 5 pm. The second technician that came out installed the new fan motor, not knowing the first tech didn't check the entire system. Once he found out what caused the fan motor to go bad, he ordered the OEM Defrost board. Once that came in, the tech came back out and installed it, but because the tech installed the new fan motor and the Def board was bad, it also fried the 2nd motor. So now another fan motor had to be ordered. The fan motor is not an OEM part. It is a universal part. If your original tech had done his job properly, this wouldn't have taken 3 weeks to repair. Your customer service/dispatcher is far from adequate. They scheduled several appointments that were canceled by your company because parts didn't arrive and/or the tech just never showed up. A complete waste of our valuable time. We weren't even notified of what was going on. We had to do all the follow-ups ourselves. Your company didn't show any empathy or urgency in getting this resolved. There were always excuses and lies, never taking ownership of the situation.
